I love my Cruiser ebike. However it arrived with a bent and deformed rear fender. After weeks of waiting for a replacement mostly due to mistakes by the US Post Office, I finally received a replacement. However, this one arrived damaged too. All I want is an undamaged fender to complete my Cruiser. I know I paid for shipping insurance when I purchased the bike and I'd just like to complete my bike. I really enjoy riding it.

The bike performance is great on the road. Have not had off road yet. The controller program is very intuitive and had only minor issues with peddle assist settings and cruise fun. Better instructions and descriptions on secondary battery would have helped. Was surprised by the weight with both batteries in place (105#) but handles well and doesn’t feel top heavy. The plastic clamps holding the charge controller to the frame broke, so Wired sent me replacements. When I was replacing one of them, the bolt screwed right through the soft plastic of the clamp eyelet and out the back, ruining it. I contacted Wired and explained what happened and stated I would just get some metal band clamps which would be a better solution and more durable. Easy to put together and get out there riding. Front light seems to hit front fender when riding over bumps and touch up paint was not much of a match was the only issues. Wish battery lasted longer and bike was even faster

Speed wobble is an issue, front wheel steering and frame were not aligned with tire in a straight line, fixed and added some air to tires to (15 psi ) but still wobbles-researched and found if you ride and lean forward its worse, if i lein back, sit straight and fully straighten arms it smooths out but is uncomfortable.
