Love this bike. Performs flawlessly so . I'm 5'6"and I had to go to a mountain bike style bar. Feels great now. At 67 I'm back on tight single track. It's surprising how nimble this 88lb machine can be once you achieve good fitment and a little mastery of it's nuances. I'm hooked ,man. Freedom's a great name from my perspective. Well done. Bike was super easy to assemble, just attached front wheel and handlebars and a couple bolts of the rear rack. Crazy torque makes you feel like you always have power on tap while you’re riding. I ordered some 3inch rise handlebars on Amazon for a lower profile and more forward leaning ride position. Everyone who sees it is impressed that a bike this powerful is only $2k. I've had no previous experience with electric bikes however I did quite a bit of research before I decided, I will have to say, I think it was a good choice. I've just got the first 100 miles on it so far with no problems or crashes and it will go like crazy if you have the need for speed. Good shape when it arrived.only problem was with the rack. Lots of bending and twisting required.Stripped the hole on left rear.Had to rethread.1st time and worked but went up one size bolt.Love it.

I picked up the bike as soon as I got the email . when I got home I injured my shoulder some how during the unload . The box was perfect as was the contents., me not so much. I have been going over every nut , and washer in hopes of being able to ride soon. X.rays, MRI and tomorrow consult with surgeon . I knew it was sore before but now I know why. I am going to get it on the road tomorrow , I hope. Maybe I can get some miles on it and forgo surgery until late fall .

I really like my new bike. One thing if you ever give us an option ( maybe firmware update) on speed control level instead of power I would be interested. When biking with other bikes I'm set in a low power level and then I hit a small hill and I'm constantly adjusting power levels. Just thought I'd mention this. Thanks

Ordered it Sunday shipped monday had it by Wednesday. The bikes fast and responsive, have about 200 miles. Overall nice bike. Received a free headset replacement, steering felt a lot better especially at speed. The bike shop I brought it to was impressed with the bike and we're looking into carrying them. Customer service has been great too.

I would like to applaud Wired Bikes for their outstanding customer service. I was having issues with the bike losing power while riding. I was connected to the owner who walked me through the trouble shooting process. It was an easy fix; however, it took 45 minutes for me to complete the task. Love the bike, as far as the kick stand goes, it snapped under the weight of the bike and about 40 pounds of cargo. Unfortunately I had to buy another one, I was hoping it would be covered by warranty being that the bike is only 2 months old.

I got this suspension tube a few days ago and got it on the bike 🚴 it installed easy and works great. It’s the first time using one of these and I’ll have to get used to it but so far it feels nice and smooth going over bumps and stuff. It will make riding long distances a lot better 😀 Thanks Don.

This bike is awesome, I love that you can reduce the assistance levels so I can get a workout (I set it at 9%). I do need some assistance as the bike speedometer only reads 0.2 to 0.5. It also seems to have a delay on assist, maybe the sensor is only picking up one ping per revolution instead of multiple? Please help at [email protected].

Th bike is awesome, speed and manoeuvre is great. The only thing that I dislike is the chain. It flew out twice and got stuck in the freewheel. I think that the Crank set needs a chain guard on both sides. (Also on the inside).

Pros: The bike is fast, has good torque... that's what matters most to people, right? Cons: The rear battery keeping popping loose/unlocking/sliding backwards. The rear rack/battery mount was twisted up bad & the fender was bent on delivery; see video.

The 2024 + model of the Wired Freedom seems to have a very serious design flaw. The type of suspension as well as the extra weight from the battery cause the bike to have a wobble that is unsafe, it is more noticeable at low speeds than high speeds but can be brought on with a simple shake of the handlebars at any speed. The components of the bike are awesome and the power is amazing!! The rear rack is placed to far on the back tire for the amount of weight on it with the 2nd battery and makes the whole frame flex too much with the rear being too heavy and which the flex of the frame is making the front have a “speed wobble”.
