Picked up at the warehouse in and out in five minutes or so and later that night my grandson and I assembled the bike. The hardest part for me was lining up the bike rack holes and bolts. But I do have bad hands now so that could be part of it. Everything else was straight forward. Love my new Wired Cruiser! This thing is the monster truck of Ebikes. I feel like it could take me just about anywhere I would want to go and the full suspension makes it very comfortable. The new dual battery configuration gives me amazing range and the hydraulic brakes are incredible when you need to stop fast. Be warned this is not for small riders. Excellent Bike! I didn't purchase the bike for speed, so don't know how fast it will go. I needed a bike that would climb hills. My area has grades above 15%. This does it with ease. I can be in 5th gear and use a power level of 4 and it easily climbs steepest hill, so far, at 15+ mph This is my third bike, and I have one that is 1200 watt which will climb hill in first gear with max power and straining to complete the climb at a speed of 5 mph. Love the power and range! I'm an old man (65) and a heavyweight rider (290) who found other bikes lacked the power to handle my bulk. Jaw dropping torque and acceleration. Get to know the advanced menu settings on the onboard computer, they are your friend. Those settings cover a lot of ground in customizing the power to your needs. The motor is a bit loud (in a meaningful way), so I use just 5% on level 1, step 1, PAS, that way it has a bit of a stealth mode, noise-wise. Even 25% is a LOT with this bike!
