My Feedom arrived within 4 days of placing my order. IT WAS A HUGE HEAVY BEASTof a Box estimated at 120lbs. I was paranoid it would be manhandled along the shipping route. The only dings were the bottom corners on one side. Otherwise it was fine. The Bike was in perfect condition. But the insurance helped me sleep...well worth it!

Super excited to receive this bike on time, easy assembly and setup. the menu is easy to read and use. I like the power this bike has and the ability to climb hills with ease, even with a big guy. I just need to remember to disable the pedal assist when I am doing a moving dismount, it can Lauch and make thing interesting. I am glad to get back in to riding again, this bike is fun for sure!

Took extra time to arrive. Bike was not severely damaged in shipping. Just a couple scratches. The derailleur guard protected the derailleur. It seemed to be pushed in a bit and was scratched, like the bike tipped or was drug a bit before going in the box. Came with little bottle of touch up paint. Besides the size of the bike i love it, im 5'6" so i have to mount it like a horse but when im on it it fits me. Was a little sketchy at first just because its a powerful bike but got use to it after a few days of riding, definatly not for a novice rider. Love the bike, fast, well built and great for using as an actual electric bicycle where you can pedal with effect at any speed . I personally had the bike up to 42 mph on flat ground with a tail wind while pedaling in seventh gear still putting down power to the back wheel. Holder works great. Using it with a Cat S62 I use just for the bike. The phone and holder slid slightly down after one of my rides (like 5 degrees), but this was a bumpy 30mph+ ride. It has not broken or fallen off during my trail rides. Really wouldn't expect zero movement ever at this price and with the amount I bounce it around.
