More than happy with the picture, however, I found the communication and delivery process very poor.
First you receive confirmation of your order then, within 72 hours, you are asked to confirm you are happy with the design. After that there is radio silence.
After a week I chased up for info on potential despatch and delivery date and they could provide neither.
Was checking to see if the portrait would arrive prior to my Wife’s birthday but it didn’t.
Then receive a message from carrier sayin...

Print is amazing and great value but the lack of communication and delays in the delivery really let it down and became very inconvenient. After seeing reviews on trust pilot seems I'm not the only one that has had the same issues. Shame as the prints themselves are wonderful but wouldn't purchase again.
