I wanted changes made and wrote a reply with them detailed that email was never acknowledged. Delivery company delivered to the wrong address but several emails to seller got no response and delivery company wouldn’t deal with me. Got refund via PayPal as seller didn’t respond.

The canvas was amazing, it was a gift and my mum is delighted! Such a great likeness! However, communication was appalling and made the whole process very stressful. I emailed multiple times and never had a response.
