Absolute love my pet portrait!!! So much so I’ve ordered another of the 4 cats I’ve had for many years but sadly lost this year 🥲 the portrait is amazing. Just had preview of 2nd one and just as impressed. The staff are so good too, photos were not the best but they made them look fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use them again…….

A very beautiful picture. Exactly what I was looking for. The picture was made for my daughter as a gift because her cat suddenly passed away. I asked for his name to be added with a black heart at the end and it was done. I was sent previews before it went to print which was great. It was well packaged and postage was good. Absolutely love my picture! I had it put onto acrylic and it is beautiful. I amended the first proof slightly, and service was very profesdional. I would definitely recommend!
The only minus is that it did not come with wall fixings which I had to order separately myself. At £75 for the print I would have expected fixings to be included but a fixing plate and accessories was only £3.45 on ebay so not a deal breaker.

Don't understand some of the negative reviews. Especially about communication. Admittedly there was a slight issue with my original order, (which was promptly delivered anyway, and I'd ordered several different pictures and sizes etc), but, hey, we're all human and mistakes happen.
I informed them of the mishap and they were nothing but extremely courteous, extremely quick in responding, extremely apologetic and then extremely prompt and efficient in getting the mix-up dealt with and corrected.

The picture is fantastic 👌 but the delivery service what a joke it was two days late and I had to email and make several phone calls to find where the parcel was I had to make a formal complaint to you and the delivery agent with no joy or response from either of you then yesterday I received a email with an apology why should customers do all the changing to find out a parcel that they payed for in advance
