Loved the picture it was better than I had even hoped. However, commuication is very bad.
There are no phone numbers listed for contact and you don't even know where it is coming from, is it UK or abraod, who knows. Emails are the only way and take at least 2 to 3 days before you get an answer. You also cannot get a striaght answer if you want to know where your order is.
Having been given a tracking number via an answered email, I discovered meant nothing! They book the parcel and get given...

Was very confused to begin with as I received a paper print of my dog. I did e mail you stating that I had ordered a canvas print. Anyway about 3 hours later the proper order arrived which was lovely but as nice as having the sample it was confusing as I thought that was the order.
