Even though I didn’t have the confidence to install it myself I felt after seeing my neighbour do it for me I could do it next time. I had to trust the filter would be ok on its side and it is. The water tastes amazing. I take it everywhere with me now. I don’t know how long it’ll be before I need to change the filter and I’m not sure how I’d do that but I’ll cross that when the time comes. Also, not sure what the buzzer device is for or how it works.

Really easy to install took less than 5 minutes The water was instantly better, I can only describe it as lighter which is so odd but truly sei king a big glass in one it just goes down so easily, the water is crystal clear too My cats barely ever drank tap water, puddles or harvested rain water, they are going through a bowl of water everyday, it’s so reassuring Highly recommend and have done to all my friends and family

Brilliant product , have used water filter jugs for years, this far outshines them. The water is amazing to drink, No need for bottled water . I’m not sure it helps with line scale. The filter jugs never did anyway, but the taste is amazing and if it’s purifying what we drink it’s a winner all round

Super easy to install! Took less than 10mins, this isn't a paid review or anything but omg it tastes like bottled water!! I did a taste test with my wife and 5yr old and both told me which was the "old non filtered water" and the new filtered, it really is day and night between them!! So really happy! Let's just hope it lasts the full year like they say.

It was a bit more work for me to fit than the average, as I had to take out my Belfast sink to access the pipes. Once out, it was a very simple job to install and the quality of the drinking water is instantly so much better.

Water does have a fresh, lighter feel to it when drinking. Fitting takes a little time figuring out and flow arrows on the diagram with matching ones on the pod itself, would be reassuring and could make figuring out the hoses a little bit quicker. The actual fitting itself did then only take just over 10 minutes (may have taken me a little longer as I have difficulty getting up and down under sink cupboards). Very pleased and looking forward to fresh, cleaner and safer drinking water 😀

My water was so bad, I really didn't think this would work. For 24yrs I've been using filter jugs and storing filtered water in plastic jugs. Not any more !! I've even returned to drinking my tap water, it's amazing. I'm a 66yr old disabled female and even I was able to fit this myself without any help. I cannot thank you enough. I have my spare cartridge ready as I never want to go back to how things were. Keep up the good work. 👍

Filter arrived well packed and was easily installed by myself (limited DIYer) within 15 minutes. The taste of our tap water immediately changed and is sooo much better. Our water in York is slightly hard so now our tea, coffee and tap water is completely free of unwanted limescale and chemicals. Really can’t rate this filter highly enough.

Had to get the plumber in as under my sink I could not fit it myself but there was no issue and it is positioned so that I can easily take out the filter in a years time to replace. Tastes no different but I’m very happy with that as our Welsh water tastes good anyway and I was concerned but it tastes just as good but it’s getting filtered properly now. So thank you.

Easy to install (I have zero DIY skills), helpful customer service I had questions about the life span and fittings and they were, answered promptly. I have had mine in for approximately 1 week tasted the difference straight away and no complaints so hopefully onwards and upwards for our water experience.

Hoped this would be great and it is in every way. Water is clear and tastes so good. I have been drinking bottled water for years not liking the taste of tap water and having concerns over what is in it. Not keen on plastic use in bottled water either. Now both issues addressed. Water tastes sooo much better, and me a 38 year old mum managed to install with the tools I could get my hands on- an adjustable spanner and a flathead screwdriver! I'm not a plumber, but the Water2 Pod was extremely easy to install. The flexi hoses that arrived were 1/2 inch, and I had no idea that the pipes under my sink were 3/8 inch, but Water 2 sent out two size adaptors free of charge and it took less than 10 minutes to fit. Can't fault the customer service, they responded to every question within minutes. Really pleased, and would highly recommend

This is great I can’t totally tell the difference in taste of our water and am really pleased with it. On fitting it my husband found that it kept falling over probably due to the way the hoses of the sink sat- so he made and 3d printed a bracket that he used to attach it to the cupboard wall and it’s sitting nicely now 👍

I was continually refilling my water filter jug. Our tap water smelt of bleach and sometimes it had a horrible eggy smell. It was disgusting. Got the new filter under the sink and I can’t believe the difference. The water has no awful smell, it tastes amazing and is crystal clear. Total game changer. I’m delighted to say the least.

I was a bit sceptical tbh. What made me buy was the celebrity endorsement from Bear. So impressed with the quality of my drinking water now. There is a notable difference in the taste. Taste is much better than my Brita filter As for fitting, very straight forward. I was so impressed I bought another one for my son for Xmas.

I found it really easy to fit with an adjustable and normal spanner. I did push the pipe connector into the water 2 bottle before connecting the other end of the pipe but managed to release it .(no idea why I did this!)

I purchased water 2 filter last week fitted it and put service valve on for filter for quick change of filter cartridge. The water is amazing. Out cold tap now. As they say ,it's easy and quick to fit . The only thing that's suspect is the suggestion that you only need one spanner as in most cases it's far safer to support both sides of the fitting so as not to put twisting pressure on the joint ,otherwise it take just 5 minutes to fit and be up and running. The taste of the filtered water is amazing and just how water should taste . Fully recommend it 👌

Love the whole presentation box and contents when it arrived. Fitted the filter soon after which went really smoothly. I would point out that if you have rigid pipework and no flexible pipe to the cold tap then it would be a bit more tricky. Excellent service from order to delivery. The Filter was well packaged with simple to follow instructions. The process of fitting the filter went well as the tap connection hose was the correct size without adding the adapter supplied. Due to the configuration of my existing plumbing I just needed to add a 1/2” male fitting for the inlet side; this cost me less than £2. Water tastes great and I feel reassured that the filtration has done its job. Great product that I would highly recommend.

Although I didn't have the pre installed fittings for a 'ten minute'installation. Once this had been achieved the filter was fitted easily. It does reduce water flow, but the filtered water does taste great and so much more convenient to than a filter jug.

Our water was so bad we couldn’t even cook in it never mind drink it! It smelt like a swimming pool and tasted so bad we had to filter it for everything. I read up on an inline filter system and this one removes all of the impurities we wanted, others said we remove this and that but not all impurities. It took me 10 minutes to fit only because of an existing filter system, which I had to remove. Majorly impressed and would recommend to everyone!

Hi I’ve finally fitted the Water 2 and it was really easy. It might be good to let future customers know that water will spill out that has been stored in the pipe. Aside from that it’s great! If it came with a bracket that could be attached the side of the cupboard would be useful.. even if there was an extra charge. Other than that I’d like to pass on the recommendation to friends.. would there be a discount to offer at all? Many thanks ☺️
