The hardest part of fitting was finding two spanners. Once I’d found those it was very easy. I watched the video to make sure I put the right hoses in and out and now I’m happy knowing my drinking water is safe, tastes crisp and better than bottled in plastic water! The taste of the water filter is fantastic, I didn't realise how poor the water was before using the it. As you can see we struggle for space under the sink. We have a bin a water boiler, pressure vessel and switches for all the electrics.Given the price I would recommend supplying a bracket to attached the filter to the kitchen unit (I used my old water filter fixtures) and also an option for a 90 degree elbow fixing for the hoses.

Been filtering my domestic water for a decade using the BRITA+ and Maxtra filters. Looked at systems like Water2 previously but around £300+ found hard to justify. Saw your advertisement as an FB post, saw Bear and who can say no to that? Had a few weeks now and impressed. I am a fussy duck and took about half an hour to research and install. Fantastic super easy to install took about 2 mins. Poured a glass of water before filter and after and 100% can taste the difference, has got rid of the metallic taste of the water. Also I have a metal water bottle and after a day it starts to smell abit chlorine like but no more. All around very happy 😃

Have had my water2 filter for round about a week now and it’s perfect, so happy that I now have fresh clean filtered water on tap. Really happy with this. I ordered a starter kit and an extra pod for when the time comes to replace it. Installation was a piece of cake - it took literally 10 mins to fit, and that includes the time it took for me to find my spanner and isolate the cold water feed. Since we've installed it, our water tastes clean and fresh - just how water should! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cleaner drinking water supply!

It was really simple to fit ,and after running the water for a few minutes ,i had really great tasting water ,the only downside was a drop in water pressure caused by the water passing through the filter ,which really isn't a problem at all . It's got to be the cheapest but best filter on the market and i'd advise anyone and everyone to buy one and keep there family healthy .

Does as it says, easy to fit and the customer service second to none. My order had a slight problem in the warehouse and was not delivered on time by about 1 day, contacted customer service and they ensured the problem was resolved and I even received a extra filter FOC, which was not expected but greatly received. 1st the water filtered tastes amazing compared to without. 2nd the kit was easy to navigate and easy to install (but that depends on how the sink/plumbing was set up by the original plumber, so can be a bit fidddly). There’s no In/Out so that’s easy too. Good value. Only had it a few weeks but hope the long term is just as great.
