We have lots going on under the sink! Insinkerator & Quooker boiling tap so I took my time to install the Water2 as I didn’t want to make a mistake. It didn’t take 10 minutes but it was definitely under 30 minutes for just me to install and I checked each line and connection 3 times! (just to make sure). We now have wonderful mains water that the whole family drinks - very happy.

Easy to install and such an excellent product. Water in our area is really hard and there is such a big difference in the appearance and taste of the water. I would recommend this to everyone and believe everyone in hard water areas should have one in their home.

I've now been using the water 2 for a couple of weeks. As someone who drinks over 2 liters a day I have noticed a massive change. Tastes great and everyone in the house agrees. Tea and coffee also tastes more intense and has a much better mouth feel. It was super easy to fit. Instruction video was clear and concise. I am very happy with my purchase.

So I ordered mine to Portugal. Customs charged 50 euros to release 10 days later arrived. Nightmare to connect to plumbing 2 trips to the diy store 2 connectors and a tap. Now it’s in water clarity crystal clear and a refreshing taste. Worth the hassle

Had to buy a 90 degree bend as you can see, and a bracket to hold it in place. My sink is a bit tight, but I am very happy now I have filtered water coming out my tap . Thanks to all the team

So easy to install if you have flexible pipes, definitely an improvement in the taste of the water and love the convenience of filtered from my tap. Just need more information how to order replacement filters, does the buzzer on the unit actually measure the amount of water filtered or just go off after 12 months! and are minerals and fluoride left in 🤷‍♀️

Fantastic service. Great product. I’ve never drunk tap water due to the chemical taste it has but the Water2 passed the blind test. I now fill up a bottle from the tap and it is exactly the same as drinking glass bottled water. Perfect. Husband now has to fit one in our son's flat

I didn’t have the modern fixings but by buying a £3 part from Screwfix my father in law sorted it for me within an hour . I emailed Water2 and the response was instant and advised me about the part . The water seems clear and definitely lost the chlorine smell we get down in Sussex. We now drink more water with the confidence that I’m not drinking all the rubbish running through our pipes .

Bit trickier to fit as I don’t have flexi pipes but nothing a trip to Screwfix couldn’t sort. The help people were great and offered to send extra fittings or reimburse me for the cost of buying them. The water tastes amazing and there is no smell to it

A great invention, we have been using a jug filter for years, always topping up and waiting for the water to filter through, not no more great clean water in an instant, such a time saver and really easy to fit, took less than 10 mins, took longer to find my tools, very happy we bought this and have told all friends and family 👍

Had my doubts but nothing to worry about Took longer to empty the cupboard than fit the filter … tip: use the connectors supplied tried to save time using the old connector and it leaked so took it off and used the new one supplied - perfect Water taste great no fluoride and no floaty bits …. Very good and worth every penny

Very good bit of kit , and in a modern house the statement “ one spanner and 10min to fit” would be true , but in a nearly 100 year old house not so Three trips to the plumbers , three spanner’s and a lot of water and cursing later the job was a good un . From the off you can taste the difference, also cleaned kettle out after fitting and so far it has stayed clean , we do have a water softener fitted as well but this has improved the overall quality of the water

Although I accidentally put the wrong flexi into the in connection on the water filter(and couldn’t remove it to correct my mistake) I received a reassuring email to let me know it was ok and that the flexi’s were omnidirectional. I did have trouble tightening the fittings but that was more due to a wrench which kept loosening up and the very tight space I was trying to do it in.
