The product is great, although I've only been using it for a week. Installation was tricky because of the layout of my pipes, but Julia was fantastic and managed to provide 3 flexi hoses to make it work. Once I had the right kit, installation was super simple. I'm really grateful for her patience and understanding. I'm now enjoying cleaner water and no more plastic bottles.

It was easy to install, once I bought a flexible extending hose. The water tastes good and doesn't have the sweetness you get from certain filter jugs. It seemed to take a day or so for the filter to really kick in and then the taste improved massively.

Finally had it fitted as did not feel confident to fit when I have a quooker tap. I love this product apart from one thing .the 10mm fittings stem the flow of my running water. My fittings are 12mm at least so now I have a slower drinking tap! It would be good to know if I can confidently change this without ruining the warranty

The water2 arrived quickly, it is a stylish design. It was reasonably easy to install, the only hiccup was our plumbing ,the connection was a bit awkward to reach but apart from that it was a simple installation. I can honestly say I think the water tastes better, less metallic. Obviously can't test it any other way but I'm happy so far.

The 2 connections I required to use were located behind the cupboard panel so I first had to cut the panel carefully as the pipes and connectors I needed were behind. After that it was simple enough to disconnect the fittings and connect the hoses then push fit into the filter. Turn the water back on and hey presto. Only one negative is what is the purpose of the small black box that connects to one of the hoses.I have emailed the company but yet to receive a reply. Poor customer service imho.

The other two I bought for my mum and brother. And I have a few more people interested I like it, did a blind taste test and one with my Mum and the Water 2 filter won. The only draw back was the flexi hoses are too long. A short option may be good but logistically I guess you don’t want to pack 2 sets of hoses. And asking people to measure space maybe a pain.

Easy in our case to set up, a little more alteration may be needed in pipe work in other cases. Working fine after 2 weeks same taste in tea (which is a good test) as our old water filter without the inconvenience of filling and refilling along with cost of new filters.

We fitted the added fluoride filter easily and quickly. I think it took a few days to settle in and has reduced the cold tap water pressure slightly but not enough to be a problem. As time has gone on I think it is excellent and I can detect no aftertaste. Grateful for this product and to get rid of constant filling of filter jugs.

Really easy to install if your taps are fairly new and have flexible tap connectors on them . Unfortunately mine aren't and are copper pipe straight threw , but you just need a couple of compression fittings to connect up . It maybe an idea to add a link showing someone doing this type of connection. But the filter itself 100% happy and more to the point my house of 6 ladies are all very very happy . Thankyou

The best thing I have ever purchased! It’s actually cheaper than buying countless bottles of water, plus drinking the plastic that comes along with them. The water is crystal clear and actually tastes amazing! Had a gathering at mine, and everyone lined up for water to give it a go! Haha Downside, it wasn’t so easy to fit but I think it was down to my old pipe work which my dad easily fixed with some ring pipes.
