Took me a while to get round to fitting this but it was so simple to do. Probably took me longer to find an adjustable spanner than to fit plumb it in. Water quality is excellent, tastes great and means no filter on the kitchen side. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

We just purchased a new house and the tap water wasn’t very pleasant to drink. So we started buying bottled water. So when my wife came across Water2 we considered it. Initially I wasn’t sure about how this would work, but once I saw the video on how to install it, we went ahead and purchased one. It took me about 30mins to install it and immediately we noticed the difference in the taste of the water. Great, easy product. Very happy with it.

Rather more work needed than expected. Not enough room between back of under sink drawers and back wall of unit to accommodate the cartridge. Extension pipework required also. No, I didn’t Do It Myself; it took a plumber over an hour. But maybe our circumstances were unique, and he was not the same gender as in the demo video… Really pleased (phew!) with the result, though. No more microplastics and ooh nasties. Good clean water on, er, tap.

Slightly tricky to fit, probably more to do with my undersink arrangement lol, but done in 10 mins - I did a "Pepsi challenge " with normal tap water - my wife could tell before drinking/smelling it "it just looks clearer/more sparkling "

Initially did not fit with my plumbing setup. Contacted Water2 and the customer support was great. They posted out some 3/8” adapters to cross over from the Water2 filter to my plumbing fittings. Easy install. Spent more time figuring out where to neatly position the filter with the braided hoses supplied. Only drawback was a noticeable loss in water pressure after install from the kitchen tap. A trade off for having good clean, tasty filtered water.

Great design and appearence and marketing. Water tastes good. Downside is that it requires screw in tap connectors or joints. My pipes are plastic and an optional fit to plastic pipe kit would have been good. I hade to go out and purchase an adapter to go from plastic to this. See before and after pics attached.

Absoloutely love the taste of my water now we have installed the Water2 filter. So much of a noticable difference in taste its actually quite scary! Water now tastes fantastic and I am reassured to know my family are now drinking quality filtered tap water without any nasties. I've been wanting to buy this water filter for a long time but was a bit put off by some of the reviews. Now you have worked with Bear Grylls to improve the filter and brought out the 2.0 version I felt more confident about purchasing. We've had it for a few weeks and really love it. So happy with this purchase, the water is so much fresher tasting and it makes me feel happier knowing that my families drinking water is clear of anything that could potentially harm our health. I usually struggle with DIY and I thought I'd have to call my handy man dad to help me 😅 but the installation was so easy ! A quick youtube video for confidence to install and 10 mins later filtering from tap 😀 Goodbye britta filter jug. My only gripe with the system is the flow of the water, it's maybe half the pressure now,but it's to be expected. Great product thank you.

Really pleased with the filter! Something I have noticed is that I used to clean my dogs bowls every day or two because there would be nasty build up on the bottom of the bowl and now this doesn't happen. Better water for us and our pets!

Excellent piece of kit, easy to fit, easy to install, water taste great. Dislikes …… better fixing or bracket rather than sticky pad as doesn’t stay in place …. ….. we have poor water pressure here anyways but it’s slower as it goes through the filter which is understandable

Took longer than expected to arrive, and when it came the fittings were too big for the tails on my tap, but this was quickly rectified with adaptors that were posted to me. Still early days, but the water definitely tastes different.

The kit arrived quickly, very well packaged. I used a handyman to install the filter as my knees would not allow me to crouch down and install it under my sink, he did it in 7 minutes. The taste of the tap water is much improved.

Simple to install, the difference it made to the water is black and white. I have another tap in our utility room which is on the same water main, so we are able to taste both waters. One with water2 filter and one without. I'll be purchasing another filter for the utility room. Great product 👌 We would usually go through 60+ bottles of water a week in our house, now we don't need them. No plastic coming into the house now.

Very easy to fit, ran the cold tap, used a screwdriver to turn the water off on the pipe, disconnected the cold pipe then attached the new hoses and filter turned the water back on, hey presto filtered water. 10 minutes from start to finish 😃 x

Wow, where do i start, installation is so simple, but the change in the quality of water is amazing, I hadn't drank tap water for a long time because of all the reports about our water supplies, now my tap water is clean and taste far better than bottled water, I have tested it and it actually comes up pretty pure, thank you water2, I cannot recommend this product enough.

I drink ALOT of tap water only because I refuse to drink bottled water unless it's very necessary. I have found that I have been adding a little squash as the taste of my tap water seems to have an aftertaste. After seeing your advert, I thought I'd give your filter a bash. Well, what can I say !! My water 💧 tastes pure. I would 💯 recommend.

Super little filter unit. Very pleased to have cleaner water - it was a little more challenging reaching the pipes than I expected, but easy to install once there. I was a little confused which pipe to connect which side of the filter & instructions within don't answer this, but thankful for YouTube which said either pipe can be used on either side. The only downside is the filter has halved my cold water pressure, so it takes longer to fill up pans/kettles than previously - but very happy ...
