I drink ALOT of tap water only because I refuse to drink bottled water unless it's very necessary. I have found that I have been adding a little squash as the taste of my tap water seems to have an aftertaste. After seeing your advert, I thought I'd give your filter a bash. Well, what can I say !! The instructions on fitting could be better, the video you can’t workout what goes where, as you can’t really see properly and there is no written or picture instructions. Once I worked out what went where it was really simple but took a while to work it out.

We were surprised at how much BETTER our water tastes now! Our youngest daughter - who doesn't drink water straight (Usually has squash) is now helping herself to water and topping it up!! I used to flavour my water with lemon or lime but now enjoying fresh too. Worth every penny! It has slowed the flow of water through the tap which is understandable so we are looking into getting an additional tap just for filtered water. Amazing product, so pleased I came across it. The Water2 was very easy to fit. Once setup, we all did the smell and taste test with a glass of water from an unfiltered tap. The difference was staggering. What was a metallic and chlorinated taste previously, had been replaced by something that tasted like it was straight from a bottle of spring water. We live in Yorkshire and our water isn't particularly hard here, but there was a great difference after using the Water2. I recommend giving it a try, especially with the no-risk return offer.

Seems okay , we have a very bad Chlorine problem with the water really smelled bad now there is virtually no smell at all and the water tastes completely different we can actually drink the water from the tap now . The only problem I can see is whether we will able to get replacement filters.

Too early to give 5 stars but the general feedback from water drinkers in the family is good compared to our well known brand of countertop filter jug. Not sure how the kettle scaling will change as I'm in a hard water area. I will monitor and feedback if needed. I love the fact that I’m drinking clean water. I did struggle to fit it and had to get a Builder to fit it for me in the end, as it was quite fiddly. The water pressure has also reduced, which I wasn’t expecting, but drinking clean water is worth the reduction in water pressure.

So far so good. Had it installed for a few weeks. I did a blind taste test on my husband with water before / after the filter. You can taste the difference. It's nice knowing the nasties are taken out. My husband installed it, took about 15 mins. It was easier than he expected. There is slightly less water pressure from the cold tap now but it doesn't cause any real issue.

Easy to install if your pipework is easy and accessible. I cannot comment on the particles removed as you can’t see them but it looks like the scientists did their work and can explain how it works. However the taste of the water has totally changed, no more chemical taste, just pure water.
