I order the Pod 1.0, unbeknown to me it didn't come with a hose, so they kindly sent me a free one which I was very grateful for. Alas, it was too short to fit on the undersink plumbing, so I had to get a longer one from my local hardware store. It is fitted properly now and I love it! No more having to wait for the water to filter through my jug, it's a real treat!

Mine was not a straightforward install, as the sink water feed was a push fit. This meant that I had to cut the cold water pipe and source a male to female compression connector. I managed the install myself but I think others may have needed a plumber. Nevertheless, the effort was more than worth it. The water quality is superb. I'd definitely recommend fitting this filter.

I bought this unit purely on the merit of Bear Grylls. Whilst I can't see any difference in the look or taste of the water, I am happy to know the unit is filtering out micro plastics etc. We have lead pipes which has always been a concern. I feel this should be mentioned as well (that it might not be as straight forward for everyone). However, we do really notice the different in taste so we are happy with it!
