So glad I finally purchased this. Tap water today just does not taste right and this filter which is straightforward to install made an absolute instant improvement to how our water tastes now.

Pretty easy to install. My tap already had braided hoses, so I Linked up the W2 hoses up to the existing hoses. Needed 2x spanners rather than one, but was all done within 15minutes. Was a bit confused as to what the little plastic box with the battery is for. No description of what it is or does in the manual. Also - no email response from W2 about it either. Water tastes good though! Feel more confident drinking our tap water now.

So easy to install, everything I needed was in the box. The difference in taste is drastically different, it dose restrict the water flow ever so slightly, however, I expected this would happen as my home water pressure is not the best but it’s not that slow that I would consider it a huge problem. All in all I would recommend water 2 for anyone looking in to water filtration.

Fairly easy to fit, and I can taste the difference! The water tastes ‘smoother’ which I know is a bit strange, but it’s the only way I can describe it. So much better than the water filter jug I used to keep in the fridge.

It is heaven to just run the cold tap and out pours pure drinkable water with a really good taste. I have always had a filter system for the past 25 years, however having moved a couple of times resorted to the 'jug method" but they can not keep up with the demands of a farm .... tea, tea, tea...... smiles. Great device, so easy to install with clear instructions. Live in a v hard water area so this helps to keep appliances such as kettle, iron, coffee maker, steam mop from ending up encrusted in timescale. Water tastes better too. Also helps reduce the cost of lots of smaller filters in machines.

Had a plumber fixing something else so can’t really comment about ease of installation other than he did it really quickly. Great tasting water though and so much simpler than having a water jug out and having to refill that all the time. Have recommended to family and friends who have all now ordered too.

Took me 5.5 minutes to install, just simply turn off the water, unscrew the tap flexihose, then screw in the two replacement leads and click in the water filter. The result is a slightly reduced pressure, but nothing really noticeable, but clean water. I asked my girlfriend to do a blind taste test, and she correctly identified the filtered water vs the unfiltered water. The water filter is great, the water tastes pure and I can tell it is well filtered. The fitting wasn't as easy as it should be, it depends on your pipe situation under the sink. I think it would be very helpful to actual have a video showing you step by step of how to install and link up the pipes, instead of a very quick snap shot!!

The water filter arrived when you said it would. The presentation looked very professional and it was a pleasure to unbox. Instructions were clear and easy to understand and I had it fitted within minutes. Our water now is crystal clear with no chlorine taste. It's really nice to drink straight from the tap. My missus says the water pressure is slightly lower now but I've used under the sink filters before and it's hardly noticable on the water2. All in all we very happy with the purchase.

Easy to fit, no problems at all, taste tested before and after and it was clear and no aftertaste of chlorine at all no enjoying tap water again. The only minor difference is the water flow reduces approx 20%. A small price to pay for great water in my opinion.

Our sink in a very old property was not fit to standard sized pipes, my partner got some quick connectors and it's connected beautifully now with water 2. Water definitely tastes better and feels smoother to drink. We did a taste test compared with another tap in the house without the filter and just wish we could have them everywhere! No regrets!

Super easy to install, diagram and video were a great help although it's very self explanatory with just the parts you get. Took 5 minutes to put in and after running the water for 3 to 4 minutes the water quality was instant. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

I order the Pod 1.0, unbeknown to me it didn't come with a hose, so they kindly sent me a free one which I was very grateful for. Alas, it was too short to fit on the undersink plumbing, so I had to get a longer one from my local hardware store. It is fitted properly now and I love it! No more having to wait for the water to filter through my jug, it's a real treat!

Mine was not a straightforward install, as the sink water feed was a push fit. This meant that I had to cut the cold water pipe and source a male to female compression connector. I managed the install myself but I think others may have needed a plumber. Nevertheless, the effort was more than worth it. The water quality is superb. I'd definitely recommend fitting this filter.
