The water2 arrived quickly, it is a stylish design. It was reasonably easy to install, the only hiccup was our plumbing ,the connection was a bit awkward to reach but apart from that it was a simple installation. I can honestly say I think the water tastes better, less metallic. Obviously can't test it any other way but I'm happy so far.

The 2 connections I required to use were located behind the cupboard panel so I first had to cut the panel carefully as the pipes and connectors I needed were behind. After that it was simple enough to disconnect the fittings and connect the hoses then push fit into the filter. Turn the water back on and hey presto. Only one negative is what is the purpose of the small black box that connects to one of the hoses.I have emailed the company but yet to receive a reply. Poor customer service imho.

Finally had it fitted as did not feel confident to fit when I have a quooker tap. I love this product apart from one thing .the 10mm fittings stem the flow of my running water. My fittings are 12mm at least so now I have a slower drinking tap! It would be good to know if I can confidently change this without ruining the warranty

Pretty easy to install. My tap already had braided hoses, so I Linked up the W2 hoses up to the existing hoses. Needed 2x spanners rather than one, but was all done within 15minutes. Was a bit confused as to what the little plastic box with the battery is for. No description of what it is or does in the manual. Also - no email response from W2 about it either. Water tastes good though! Feel more confident drinking our tap water now.

So easy to install, everything I needed was in the box. The difference in taste is drastically different, it dose restrict the water flow ever so slightly, however, I expected this would happen as my home water pressure is not the best but it’s not that slow that I would consider it a huge problem. All in all I would recommend water 2 for anyone looking in to water filtration.
