Can definitely see and taste a difference in tap water. Had the plumber fit it as he was fitting a new tap. He was impressed with how easy it was to fit and agreed it was a good idea as we have a very old house and very old pipes.. Highly recommend this, can see it blinking discreetly away under the sink when I open the sink cupboard door. Well worth the money.

bit of a faff to fit, had to go to b&q to buy a right angled connector as it wouldnt fit due to sink. but once I had this in place and had mucked about with the connector leaking, all good. fits snug behind the waste pipe now, so it doesnt take up any room under sink. quality of water is excellent. Easy to install and works a treat! Maybe the water tastes different, but not hugely different (we had a traditional filter previously). We noticed no obvious decrease in pressure. I am sure that coffee tastes better now but I might be imagining that it does. I do like that the bits I can't see - the filtering - is there and feel much happier about drinking water.

After finally fitting my new pod I’m very pleased with it. Now using water straight from the tap to fill coffee machine, kettle etc and not from the filter jug on the worktop. We live in a very hard water area so the primary reason for the purchase was to elimate scale build up. Now our water is tastes like water again with the chemical's and plastics etc! filtered out. Our Cumbrian mains water has been nasty for a long time thanks to the water companies releasing sewage in to the lakes and rivers, they solved that by adding more chlorine! As a result we were using even bottled water for cooking. The plumber said it was easy to fit with the existing flexible tap connector, and everything needed came in the kit.
