Very easy to fit just as we were told on the website. I am really happy with the taste too. So far so good. Yet, it is early days…..not even a month yet. The kettle seems to be ok as do the taps but time will tell. Ask me for a review again in 6 months. I’ll be in a better position to comment more specifically.

Water tastes great now. It was difficult to install because I have old pipes in my house. So unless you have flexi pipes on your taps already then you'd need a plumber or someone that's knows what they are doing e.g. cutting pipes. Luckily my partner could do it but it took 2-3 hours to sort out.

So.....it's definitely not a quick simple job to install they definitely need to adjust the wording yes 100% can do it yourself but I've ordered half of screxfix to get this working and not leaking. The kit itself it arrives with was no where near the right amount of washers and connectors and piping needed to fit the filter. That being said you cant fault Julia on what's app for any type of help on the filter Julia keep this place up to when it comes to customer service ratings couldn't fault...

Installation is very easy and no hassle at all. I poured some glasses of water prior to installation to compare with the filtered water and the difference was very noticeable. The water prior to filtering was moochy smelling and had a funny taste to it but with the filtered didn’t smell at all and ow tasted good. My partner who would not drink water from the tap with out juice now drinks the water by itself. Very happy and worth getting.

Installation was easy and setup/ operation is fine. Not so happy with the package though, the’pod’ looked a little bit second hand on arrival but as installed out of sight, no issue. The package contents were loose and moving around in the box, this may be the cause of the appearance issues. But overall nothing to worry about for me.

It was really easy to install and you can definitely taste the difference in the water. It arrived quickly and the instruction videos were very helpful. My only criticism (not of the product itself) would be that it doesn't come with a battery for the filter alarm and I can't see any information to instruct what type of battery to get.

Really happy with the taste of my tap water. I love in London and the water tastes horrible. There's no smell and it taste like it's clear. I did have a tough time fitting it indermy kitchen sink but that was more to do with how the tap was plumbed and I had to borrow plumbers wrench. I'd definitely recommend, but be sure to check your pipes before ordering and make sure you cab access to pipes.

Living in watford the water is undrinkable. One of the hardest water areas in the UK. The difference this filter has made can't be understated. You can only polish a turd so much and its definitely not the best water ive ever drunk but I don't think theres a harder working filter out there! Would recommend too anyone especially if you live in an area with crap water. My tap water is now finally of drinkable quality

It was a pain to install, not the fault of Water2 but whoever did my kitchen plumbing but once in the difference was quite astonishing. No more chlorine tasting horrible water! Now perfectly balanced great tasting water from the tap, which is how it should be but that’s another story. Goodbye bottled water from the shops! Hello water as it should be.

Very simple to fit. Done in 15mins from opening the box . Hardest part was deciding best position for the unit. That's why it took 15mins. The difference in the taste of the water was incredible. My water now tastes like bottled water. Very pleased.

So far, very happy with it. The installation was easy. The buzzer didn’t have a battery and I couldn’t find the type necessary. I asked customer support and they replied within minutes. Other than that the filter seems to be working, the taste is the same as our Phox jug so I can only assume that it’s working properly.

Fitted today and seeing the benefits already! I had a slight delay in fitting due to an issue with existing plumbing but all sorted today and the dogs, plants and me (especially me ) are all delighted at the ease, freshness and taste of our filtered water. Filtered water from the tap is just as pleasing as I expected. The water is refreshing, clean and tasteless just as it should be. Also its great peace of mind knowing that if/when your water provider messes up and allows your H2o to be contaminated you won't get sick or have to rely on bottled water.
