Installation for mine was not easy due to the pipes under my sink but my sons went in effortlessly. My plumber who’s a person I trust after many years popped mine in with a suggestion of a easy fitted stand which I have said to Julia of Water2 and she said that was a good idea as it stands up supported now and can’t be budged easily. Great service as I needed an additional hose attachment which Water2 sent out. So far so good. The water did initially have a slight chlorinated taste but that seems to have settled. I have only installed it in the last couple of weeks so we will see how it works over a few months and if there is less scale etc in my kettle. I live in a very hard water area so I think it will be tested. Cannot fault the service from Water2. Thank you.

Great product which was easy to fit in my case, although I would get that other pipe work configurations would need more alterations to fit. There is a drop in water pressure for sure but not one that causes problems, the flexible pipes to and from the filter look slightly untidy 90 degree elbows rather than straight push connections would help but this may comprise pressure further the flexi pipes that are supplied are nice and long to aid an easy fit. I didn’t use the 3M sticky pad for the bas...

The customer servive assistance that I received prior to purchase was exceptional. The pod itself was easy to fit albeit in my case it had to be fitted in a limited space. However, instructions were excellent and everything I needed to install the unit was included. The taste of the water after fitting is so much smoother and the appearance is clearer.

The best thing is lovely tasting water and plenty of it ..no chemical smell.. one bad thing is I have not received my extra refil I ordered on the same day as my starter kit .. hopefully this will arrive very shortly..
