I love that both blends are so distinctly different. The Golden Cup blend is somewhat chocolatey and nutty, and lends itself to a great cup of cafe cortado. The Ethiopian Yirguji blend, on the other hand, is fantastically bright and fruity, and is best drunk black. The Cowpresso folks gave me a great tip, which is to drink the Yirguji when it has cooled down a little.. and boy, that really brought out all the flavours. MUCH LOVE! Will be ordering this set over and over again!
