Completed the plan and received 6 bags of beans in total. Really love the Nanyang Kopi and Golden Cup for espresso. Some other beans received are Yirgacheffe, Brazil Santos, West Java. Almost no repeat of bean in the plan and love exploring different flavors.

Second purchase, has ascended to become my go-to. I like its bitter and slight tangy follow up that lingers at the back of the palate. Creamy crema is always nice to see emerging from the portafilter.

I've made this coffee through the cold brew and the drip method. Both are tasty. It's light, slightly acidic, and not bitter at all. I love it so much I have another 500grams waiting for me after I'm done with this pack!

Fantastic flavour profile! I grind the beans at home to use in my moka pot but sometimes i used my french press., then i add some milk to it because i like coffee like how i like my men: light brown colour with chocolatey hints :) Highly recommend this!

This is my first time buying coffee beans and making coffee. The price is comparable to other roasters but this is swiss water decaffeinated which is a much expensive process. I m not a coffee connoisseur and i drink it with a straw to avoid teeth stain. I m just drinking this for antioxidants and not for taste. I absolutely love coffee, but the caffeine spikes my cortisol and I decided to look for a decaf coffee bean that tasted just like the real thing! Well, Cowspresso delivered in an amazing way! Not only does it taste and smell just like ‘real’ coffee, but it is organic too! It is very hard to find organic coffee beans in Singapore, so to find an organic, decaf coffee bean that taste so good is just wonderful!

I love that both blends are so distinctly different. The Golden Cup blend is somewhat chocolatey and nutty, and lends itself to a great cup of cafe cortado. The Ethiopian Yirguji blend, on the other hand, is fantastically bright and fruity, and is best drunk black. The Cowpresso folks gave me a great tip, which is to drink the Yirguji when it has cooled down a little.. and boy, that really brought out all the flavours. MUCH LOVE! Will be ordering this set over and over again!

Best decaf from a local roaster and I have been on a hunt for some time. Dark roast, strong coffee but not too acidic. Chocolate-y notes esp with milk.

The grounded coffee is extremely fragrant. I’ve ordered other subscription based grounded coffee before, but this is the most fragrant batch I’ve had. It’s also quite a mouthful and the taste will still linger in your mouth after a while.

Lovely flavours, exactly as described. It took a few shots to get it right though. I had to dial way down just a touch before the burrs hit. It needs a really fine grind. I was over-extracting for the first few shots when I ground them at my previous bag Golden Cup’s grind size. Take note: it’s almost 2 units finer on a Eureka Mignon. However, once you achieve it, it’s good, well worth it.

First time and very impressed. Yes I like it. I only drink espresso so I’m judging it based on pulling shots for espresso only. With first time beans, I needed to dial the grind right. Took me 2 rounds but even during the experimentation the brew emerges creamy, the crema was simply perfect in the glass. My first time and i’m really loving it. A bit more acidic but not too much. Well balanced, good for espresso and latte/mocha. Try to overextract slightly for espresso, 19gr, 30ml, 30sec, 5 sec preinfusion with 3 sec shut off. Taste really amazing.

Nicely roasted, and affordable. Espresso had somewhat of a potato/groundnut note on the first few days after roast, but this quickly blew off to reveal a scent of orange zest after the first week.

I’m a serial recurring customer. Many people shun decaf beans as they have a preconceived notion there won’t be coffee taste. You are dead wrong with this one. Works wonders if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding too!

Perfect size for original Bianca portafilter. Significantly reduced my channelling vs standard 58mm leveler which leaves very small gap on the edge, hence coffee extraction starts from the edge then go to centre.

We love the bean! It tastes as described - like smooth vanilla. Great beans to make a cup when you want the coffee without worrying about your sleep. So far, reports of earlier sleep have been reported by replacing their afternoon coffee with this bean haha!
