This is my first time buying coffee beans and making coffee. The price is comparable to other roasters but this is swiss water decaffeinated which is a much expensive process. I m not a coffee connoisseur and i drink it with a straw to avoid teeth stain. I m just drinking this for antioxidants and not for taste. First time and very impressed. Yes I like it. I only drink espresso so I’m judging it based on pulling shots for espresso only. With first time beans, I needed to dial the grind right. Took me 2 rounds but even during the experimentation the brew emerges creamy, the crema was simply perfect in the glass.
