They are beautiful but don’t expect any customer service. You will NOT get any response to any email, regardless of how hard you try. The chat refers you to the email support so you are quite out of luck. Don’t believe the express shipping either. If you want it, be patient. And if you have questions, they are not here to help. The four stars is only in looks.
