So many options for my students to make connections with; many surprise me! I am very happy with my purchase. I was looking for another way to engage my students (k,1,2,3,4) in language engagement and OuiSi has been a fun outlet for us.

I tried to explain this game to my husband and do a practice round of matching the cards. He is too concrete of a thinker and thought the whole thing made no sense. I am looking forward to playing a game with my daughters when they visit over the holidays. I like the idea of it, but haven't played it yet, which is why I haven't reviewed it.

This game caught my eye from the first time I saw the ads for it. The first use was with someone in beginning stages of dementia. It was great for helping them see connections, verbalize what they were seeing and play in a non-threatening, non-competitive way. I’m looking forward to using it for multi-age family gatherings!

Perfect for the gifted and talented people in your life! Not only does my own family love playing and having rich conversations about multiple perspectives and finding connections in the beautiful art, I use it with AP Seminar students to prepare for Performance Task 2, and my mother (also an educator) brings it out on indoor recess days for her middle schoolers.

I received Ouisi from a friend whose granddaughter had received it. Since then, I have ordered three for family presents. What I love is how win-win the game is as it focused on perceiving and matching images. It also can include players of multiple ages. The creative effort of many photographers who participated in the development of this game, is also stunning. It is a sure win-win!!!

This purchase was a gift to a friend to play with her grandchildren. I have played it with my family and we all enjoyed the ease, beauty and opportunity for interaction with the game.

Purchased this for my folks, as they love the Getty Museum. My father has Parkinson’s and we were all able to engage in playing - he did great “matching” the shapes, textures or colors! Really clever!

I love the nature set just as much as the original! My family enjoyed playing over the holidays. What do we like? It's not particularly competitive, abstract, open ended fun! And it engaged everyone from 30-75, without requiring special skills or knowledge -- just the ability to tell a good story about the connections. (We made up our own rules.) I was surprised and amused by just how creative some were. The photography on the nature set is just as beautiful as the original. Next, I'll use ...

I bought this to play at Thanksgiving when the whole family is together. Really looking forward to a bonding experience. It is hard to find a game all ages can play so I am very grateful for this opportunity and we are looking forward to many hours of fun.

This is an amazing game That apparently was designed for dementia patients and challenged children, But now it bridges many other things. It gets you to talk to your children about their thoughts and it encouraged creativity and conversation with beautiful photographs. This is a great distraction to stay off the cell phones. I have just started to scratch the surface. The booklet is a little hard to understand but there are some videos that help. It is clear that a lot of thought went into this.

Great multi-generational game, with great flexibility to mold the 'rules' to the participants. I have played with siblings, kids/cousins and grandkids, with as much enjoyment at each level.

This is such a beautiful game. Our family has really enjoyed discussing connections between the cards. The QR codes are a great addition since we love adding the opportunity to learn about the photos. We also love that we can play a cooperative, non-competitive game since that's our family style.

I’d call OuiSi a box of imaginative conversational opportunities. Not just “a” game, it’s a set of pictures that provide the foundation for a host of ageless game possibilities and, more broadly, a space for open-ended discussions of “what you see and how you connect the dots among what you see.”

This game is beautifully crafted and something my husband and I enjoy. We have fun hearing how each other makes connections we didn't think of at first, and it gives us something pleasant to do for a bit each day. We are both about 80 years old, and finding OiSi helps us keep our brains working.

This was so fun and creative to get to play with my mom!! We ran out of space on our entire kitchen counter so we are definitely playing it on the floor next time.

We have three different OuiSi decks, the Getty's the latest purchase. We regularly mix the cards and play a story telling games as each person gets an opportunity to add a card to another already played and continue creating a story. It is great fun and encourages use of imagination.

Husband took it up to his mother, who has dementia. She preferred to match colors, rather than do shapes. She used to love to sew, so I can see why she leaned that way. Anyway, it worked well as a fun thing they could do together.

Several of our customers asked for OuiSi during the holidays. We honored their request and what a wonderful game! Perfect for any age and you can play several different ways! We just ordered the Nature OuiSi for spring. Can't wait to see our customers' reaction.

We love the collaborative nature of this game! Our young grandchildren have so much fun coming up with their reasons for matching cards. We can’t wait to play it with our parents who are in their late 80’s and early 90’s too!

So excited to use this with my clients! I love the fact that if you want to learn more about an image you can scan it, they’ve really thought of everything. Also, the customer service team was beyond helpful when I had issues with delivering.

OuiSi is beautiful. I have used it with clients in my mental health practice. I will also be brining it to my own family events during the holidays. Thank you, OuiSi, for making such a creative, useful, and fun product.

I'm sorry to say that we purchased Ouisi for out grandchildren's visit, but we never played it. Another set of grandchildren are coming in a few weeks and I will try it out with them.

I purchased this for my mom's memory care facility. They are going to use it with the guests during their activities. The activity director said they will enjoy the pictures and it will stimulate the senses.

Wow! What a great game for our entire family! The youngest grandchildren got to play with the adults and we could even include friends who did not speak our language!

I gifted one to my boss, and it was a welcome surprise for him and his aging mother with Alzheimer’s. She was able to enjoy hours of play with him, his sister, and she even took it back to where she lives to share with her roommate. She may not remember who those people were, but hopefully she can enjoy some cognitive time with friends.

I'm an elementary school teacher. I love playing games with the Getty Museum version with my students. It's a great way to get them talking about shape, line, color, texture, and composition. I love the QR codes on the back of each card as well.

I gave this to my sister’s grandchildren ages 8-14. They loved it! It was great fun watching them discover how totally different objects could have similarities.

I am a teacher, bought this game for my classroom. What a great way to make visual connections, collaborate, practice using descriptive language, and more. My students loved playing this game and asked for it again during their next bit of free time!

I work for a company that works with people who are experiencing brain change, but want to stay in their home. My father also has Alzheimer's, so this is a new tool for us to use for positive engagement.

My husband and I played this with my 28 year old daughter. And then again with a family friend. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It’s interesting to see how other people connect to imagery. It’s a very low stress game that foster’s conversation and encourages understanding. My daughter loved it because it’s non-competitive for the most part and highly visual. I bought it to play with my 88 year old mother who is experiencing dementia. She can no longer play strategy games but is still ...

I personally love this game. I have only had the opportunity to play it with others once. One of them did not warm up to the game at all. Seems geared to visual people. Some people look but do not see. Still, I think it's a game that could help draw out quieter, shyer people, as well as give insights to people who put on a persona otherwise. That is why I purchased the game. I also think the card pictures are wonderful, though so far I've seen way too many metal objects, which is how the ...

I finally had the chance to give OuiSi to my nieces and nephew, ages 12, 9, and 8. We played on the dining room table after dinner, and it was a great experience. Our game was a variation on one suggested in the directions, where we took turns placing cards on the table that matched one of the cards already in play; we drew from the deck if we couldn't find a reasonable match. I asked the kids to explain what they thought each match was, and they started to see patterns emerging. I left afte...

This is a really clever idea for a game and I like that it doesn’t rely on language to play (so it’s good for mixed age groups, mixed language backgrounds, etc). I will say I didn’t realize how many images would be so city-centric when purchasing this: there are many metal and concrete photos, which isn’t inherently good or bad, but definitely comes across as a dominating theme. I probably would’ve purchased the nature set if I’d known!

I love this game! I first saw it at a retreat, then immediately purchased one to use in my college classroom. You can do many different things with these cards! Thank you for an amazing product!!

Played it once with my family. We started with just matching the pictures by a similar characteristic (looks like a foot, made of metal, flower, etc) but then it just naturally jumped into making a one sentence story with the matching of the two pictures. Kids got very creative and funny without any direction to do so! I think this game will be a big hit in Japan with my English students.

We tried this with my 94 yr old father who has dementia. The hardest part was we told him to look for "Matches". He is a former engineer and since none of the cards actually 'match', he was frustrated. It went much better when we told him to look for similarities. He was then able to participate and we had a great time. We only used half the deck at this go around but will defienitely use the whole deck moving forward.

I ordered it for Christmas for my 5 year old granddaughter. I was so pleased that it arrived in time. Living at a distance, I have not been able to use it with her yet, but her parents have, and have been entertained by watching her thought process. I'm looking forward to my first turn with her!
