Buying it was smooth and shipping it was also smooth and when issue happened like a change of address they quickly helped to correct/change it the only guine thing I could "complain" about it not clear when it comes to having Bluetooth or wifi ability to connect but those are more of things the custom has to understand before agreeing or disagreeing to having it

Everything looks awesome and works awesome, my 14 year old son is very very happy with his computer. Only thing is it took couple months to get and need more communication from Apex. Although when I emailed I always received a quick response so that was comforting on the updates. Thank you for an AWESOME gaming computer !!

The computer may have taken it's time getting here but it truly is an absolute powerhouse. It's running games smoothly to such a degree i thought wouldn't even by possible for such games. Truly is worth the price if you want to have a computer capable of running nearly anything.

Worked perfectly out of box. I ordered mine with a low-tier CPU and GPU, after using it a while I upgraded both. Plugged them in, booted up just fine. Easy to open up and access all parts of the motherboard. All around solid pre-built rig, I got exactly what I paid for.

Needless to say, this computer is a beast. I've had zero issues with it since I booted it up. Benchmarks look great and it keeps nice and cool. It's pretty quiet too considering all of the fans. The fan in my room makes more noise than this beast. The only thing I would mention is that this unit took about 4 weeks to ship out from when I ordered it. It took awhile to get here due problems in the world and other issues but customer service was nice and talked to me the whole time and kept me updated even on shipments to their warehouses so I would know when they would have the parts to try and build it overall a good experience.

PC works great! Only issue is whenever I turn it on, it doesn't like to connect to the internet right away and I have to wait around an hour until it connects. Otherwise it works great! Worth the 6 month wait!

Bought this as a gift so I don't have the name of this pc's builder. Mom is beyond happy with this pc. From the amazing customer service to the safe packaging. This computer runs like an absolute dream no start up issues, no delay in speed. We actually need a new desk to give it the attention it deserves. Although it took a while to get my Pc, It was worth it. Everything was put together very nice and clean and while it was being built I got constant updates and progress emails to make I was never in the dark. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The pc works great came with no issues. My only suggestion for anyone getting one is that the pc doesn't come with WiFi. But other then that it's an incredibly build. And the communication and feedback is great, they give great suggestion on what are good upgrades and how to improve your pc.

It's amazing, it's been really helpful for making better YouTube content. Runs games at 165 fps and higher (When I was doing YouTube before I had this PC. I only got 20-25 fps on my laptop, and making videos was a pain) I recommend this company.

As with any computer, things will go wrong at no fault of yours or Apex. My computer died yesterday morning. I called Tech support and I just want to give huge thank you to the team for the countless hours they spent trying to remote diagnose the issue. The website was easy to navigate, and the prices weren't through the roof, as well. The support staff was phenomenal so I give my props to them, and the PC has been running great with nary a problem to be found so far. I do wish in hindsight that I got some other things on the PC, but that is in no way the fault of the company. I am quite likely to order another in the coming years.

In almost every way this computer was a direct upgrade from my old PC which started having a few issues, mainly the CPU not being able to keep up. That said I have a single issue with this PC and that's Disk space but that's entirely my fault because I forgot how big video games are!

This was a bumpy road but we got there eventually, and I’m super happy with the results. Im only 15 and worked a summer job to get this PC. I ordered it on September ninth I believe, and recorded it on February third. Communication was pretty good. its a great pc for the price point, although i upgraded mine a bit so the total was about $1200. my only issue is that the rgb fans are a bit annoying to change the colors and if you dont know much about pcs you can easily accidently un plug something. but overall a great pc. for any buyers though i would HIGHLY suggest changing the CPU to an intel i5 instead of the i3. the i3 kinda sucks, and thats why i upgraded to the i5. (pardon my bad grammer i typed this at 4am)

Incredibly fast in the process of getting my PC. I ordered it in January and received it in February. They had emailed saying it would take a while because they were on back order, but damn, I still got it quickly. It was also nice to have a page where I could check the build's progress.
