Firstly thank you so much for getting my pc to me in fully working conditions, obviously in it being a budget pc there was only so much I could expect but I believe it has exceed my expectations so I thank you for that I plan on making some changes to it firstly being it now has a gpu (rtx 4060) so that has improved it a lot and next I will be changing the power supply to a coolermaster 850 white edition to go with the case so it can run better. you guys have been great tim in cust support has been extreamly helpful and the pc while i had it was amazing and ran great unfortunatly it did end up haveing some technical difficulties and i had to send it back but hopefully itll get fixed soon and i can keep playing.

Despite what felt like a eternal waiting, the computer works very well, 240 fps on league of legends, run smoothly elden ring at maximum graphics, very surprising since it wasn't the best option possible, my other games are not as new as elden ring, but for example minecraft RLcraft mod runs very well even pass 6 chunks view, I would recommand it if you have the budget for it, and would be able to wait, and not as a replacement from a broken one, like in my case

After ordering my PC it took a while to arrive due to a part shortage but I love how beefy and smooth it runs. I can play any game I own and even vr titles on it. All in all I would recommend Apex Pcs to anyone who it in the market.

Great customer service, and the pc didn’t take as long as I thought it would to be built, and shipped. As someone who’s new to the pc gaming world, Apex has been very thorough with assistance on everything I am/was curious about. You get what you pay for. Totally worth it for anyone that’s on the fence.

No problems with the pc it has worked good so far. The only reason why I put the stars so low is because the it took 4 months to get here. Apparently it would've taken even longer if I didn't bug customer service about it.

Havent really played any games that run slow on it yet. Runs all the games flawlessly. Plays Warhammer 40k SM (the first one) great, plan on playing Hell Divers 2 on it as well. All in all happy with how it runs for the games I want it to run.

To the Apex workers: The build of the pc is beautiful and it works outstandingly. At the same time when it showed up I had to format it because it did not want to recognize windows. Problem fixed and the computer runs how it should. To the customers like me: with covid it took them 4 months thanks to shortages but well worth the wait. Everything was good besides shipping. I understand with covid and everything else it was gonna take a while but I think they forgot to ship my pc once they emailed me that it was ready. 2 months later after the email, I contacted them about my pc and they had it ready to ship the next day.

This is my first PC ever and I think Apex did a good job. My PC runs smoothly and I love how I can customize the LED lights using a program. I am verh happy I invested in a gaming PC and I have to say it is a beast. The only thing that I had a complaint about is when I received my PC the graphics card was not installed and I had to figure out. I was told informed it just a plug and play, but it wasnt because of the graphics card needed to be added. Also, the monitors and mouse had to be ordered ...

The computer works perfect, the problem I had is my computer was flagged 2 separate times during production making it delayed for 2 months longer than expected only because I did not recieve an email properly, and it was instead sent to spam instead of my inbox or my important emails the 1st time, however the second time was resolved quickly. I understand why an account needs to be flagged, but it would be better if you guys sent out more than 1 email per flagged instance.

The PC came very neat and professional I was blown away buy the attention to detail on everything. Some of the upgrades are a bit over priced but I understand they have to make money. The only negative thing I have to say was the build time, took almost 45 days. I would definitely recommend if your in no hurry and want a professional built PC!

Het heeft heel lang geduurd voordat ik mijn computer had en toen hij eindelijk verstuurd was heeft het nog 2 maanden of meer geduurd voordat ik hem kreeg omwille van de douane. Ik vond het ook erg jammer dat ik jullie moest vragen hoe het zat met mijn computer omdat ik er niks van te horen kreeg. Jullie lieten ook niets weten van vertragingen omwille van missende onderdelen en na 5 maanden wachten werd hij uiteindelijk opgestuurd maar kreeg ik niks als compensatie dat ik zo lang had moeten wacht...

I’d say the computer itself is amazing by far the best “console” I’ve had and will ever have, the experience going through apex however was long and delayed, it was also very difficult to communicate with the company regarding my computer and the email regarding upgrade was annoying as I could not select what I wanted

Bought off of APEX not long ago and they provided a brilliant pre-built gaming PC with all of its correct components. Even through the GPU shortage & Shipping delay it caused, they remained professional keeping us informed on it’s progress until it was shipped. The PC is great! No issues with running it thus far. It took a really long time to get. About 4 months after ordering it which was 2 months longer than Apex's estimate. I think Apex could be better about communicated delays as I had to repeatedly email and ask for updates.

The computer may have taken it's time getting here but it truly is an absolute powerhouse. It's running games smoothly to such a degree i thought wouldn't even by possible for such games. Truly is worth the price if you want to have a computer capable of running nearly anything.

Worked perfectly out of box. I ordered mine with a low-tier CPU and GPU, after using it a while I upgraded both. Plugged them in, booted up just fine. Easy to open up and access all parts of the motherboard. All around solid pre-built rig, I got exactly what I paid for.

Everything looks awesome and works awesome, my 14 year old son is very very happy with his computer. Only thing is it took couple months to get and need more communication from Apex. Although when I emailed I always received a quick response so that was comforting on the updates. Thank you for an AWESOME gaming computer !!
