Buying it was smooth and shipping it was also smooth and when issue happened like a change of address they quickly helped to correct/change it the only guine thing I could "complain" about it not clear when it comes to having Bluetooth or wifi ability to connect but those are more of things the custom has to understand before agreeing or disagreeing to having it

The pc works great came with no issues. My only suggestion for anyone getting one is that the pc doesn't come with WiFi. But other then that it's an incredibly build. And the communication and feedback is great, they give great suggestion on what are good upgrades and how to improve your pc.

It's amazing, it's been really helpful for making better YouTube content. Runs games at 165 fps and higher (When I was doing YouTube before I had this PC. I only got 20-25 fps on my laptop, and making videos was a pain) I recommend this company.

The website was easy to navigate, and the prices weren't through the roof, as well. The support staff was phenomenal so I give my props to them, and the PC has been running great with nary a problem to be found so far. I do wish in hindsight that I got some other things on the PC, but that is in no way the fault of the company. I am quite likely to order another in the coming years.

In almost every way this computer was a direct upgrade from my old PC which started having a few issues, mainly the CPU not being able to keep up. That said I have a single issue with this PC and that's Disk space but that's entirely my fault because I forgot how big video games are!

I ordered it on September ninth I believe, and recorded it on February third. Communication was pretty good. its a great pc for the price point, although i upgraded mine a bit so the total was about $1200. my only issue is that the rgb fans are a bit annoying to change the colors and if you dont know much about pcs you can easily accidently un plug something. but overall a great pc. for any buyers though i would HIGHLY suggest changing the CPU to an intel i5 instead of the i3. the i3 kinda sucks, and thats why i upgraded to the i5. (pardon my bad grammer i typed this at 4am)

Otherwise, I love it, blazing fast, plays all my games smoothly and my Occulus Rift for the first time performs as designed (it struggled on my previous system which met all the required specs and them some).
