Out of the box the pc is great and ready to go. I love the look and feel of the pc, it feels quality. My only issue is that I don’t know if it is WiFi compatible and I could not connect it to the internet, other than that, amazing pc.

The computer works really well with every game that I have played. I haven't experienced any problems. I love how the computer looks and it's functions. Once you know how to operate a computer, it works amazing. All the specs work were great! Highly recommend. Thanks Apex.

I did have a couple upgrades (recommended from the call scheduled) but as far as “ready to ship” I ordered in December and didn’t get the computer until February. I also mini-panicked when I saw all the “extra” stuff that came with the PC and almost thought I had to put it together. I wish I would have gotten a heads up it’s ready to rock! That stuff aside, the Pc has been great for me! I’ve been playing a variety of different types of games and they look and play amazingly.

There were some hiccups scheduling to talk with a technician. My pc delivery was delayed cause original graphics card was hard to get. I called and found out that was the problem and decided to pick a higher version to get pc faster.

The process was very easy and informative, I really appreciate the time and effort in sending emails telling me the progress on my PC. The pc runs great for the price, but the ports on top don't work, just a minor thing to mention. Otherwise, I highly recommend this website and getting a pc from this site!

I like the PC but I can never seem to just hop on and play. I will turn it on but the keyboard and mouse will not light up and nothing will show up on the screen. I then have to hold the power button to turn it off and keep trying until it finally shows up. This gets annoying but once it shows up, everything seems to work fine after it takes me to the boot settings. Good customer service as well!

The pc works flawlessly. I love every aspect of it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the wire management could have been done better. When I went to install an extra ssd, it was a fight for wires because everything was just jammed in. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The PC is working great, any issues I had previously were easily fixed. I do wish though that the requirement for a WiFi adapter/router was a little more obvious. Beyond that, I’m happy with the purchase.

Overall I love the pc and set up. The customer service was excellent. The only thing I have a complaint about is the time they took to build the pc. In total I waited nearly 4 months and had to constantly check on the progress and even upgrade parts to speed up the build. But like I said they were very pleasant and helpful in the process.

This Zen is a beast!! I run Valorant at 334 FPS max! It’s so smooth and quiet. Overall, If you’re looking for a high end gaming pc with an amd processor this will be your go to. I literally get 300+ FPS on most games I play!!

Had some issues with the wifi setup, but customer support was really friendly and helpful. I was able to ship the pc back and once everything was up and running, it’s really been the best computer I’ve ever had. It runs really well. The team provided a lot of valuable information during the process and it took some time but it was really worth it.

So while the wait was a little longer than expected the pc was even better than I had hoped for and made the wait worth it just being able to play on the highest settings and the computer not even breaking a sweat I still haven't set up the streaming gear but i can only imagine the computer handling it like a champ 9/10 would buy again if I had the money

There was a few problems such as the Vram not being placed in properly(probably got loose cause of shipping?)or me not noticing the PC doesn't come with blue tooth which was a slight inconvenience. Other than that the PC has ran perfectly and there had been no other problem.

I love the PC, there was an issue that it came with that I’m still trying to get sorted out but I don’t find it to be much of a problem. The support I received when trying to figure out my problems was amazing though, fast response times and incredibly patient+nice people. This PC is great! It plays all the games I want it to and they look great! The Apex Vision 27in 1080p 144Hz Gaming Monitor I got with it was a different story though. The monitor stopped working after 3 months of usage. I definitely should have done my research and gotten a different monitor to go with it, but the PC is working wonderfully!

Very easy to choose the pc and build I wanted, and afterwards the team let me know what parts would be better for what I was going to use it for. The only thing I would like differently would be some kinda notice that I was going to get some factory/spare parts and wires, and that they were just extra and not needed to be installed. Also the tracking website made this whole thing simpler for me as I could check progress without bothering the team.

Love my new computer. I have never owned one that works so well. This is my first big spend on myself, and I can't be more proud! The computer runs smoothly. I haven't run into any issues. Apex is a great company. Even when they see issues might arise, they send out notice of anything that could occur. The making on my computer was a little length. But so far so good it is a wonderful product. Even thinking about getting one for my husband next year.

The pc is good, though I did have to do some changes. Since I had a second NVMe I wanted to install I had to remove the graphics card to install it. After doing so, getting the graphics card back in was... not an easy task. Due to the card's height it blocked the panel, and the builders had placed the GPU before the side panel so it was difficult to get back in since I had to force it back behind the panel screw holes.
