I love the PC, there was an issue that it came with that I’m still trying to get sorted out but I don’t find it to be much of a problem. The support I received when trying to figure out my problems was amazing though, fast response times and incredibly patient+nice people. I will most likely purchase through Apex again, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Thank you!!

The pc is good, though I did have to do some changes. Since I had a second NVMe I wanted to install I had to remove the graphics card to install it. After doing so, getting the graphics card back in was... not an easy task. Due to the card's height it blocked the panel, and the builders had placed the GPU before the side panel so it was difficult to get back in since I had to force it back behind the panel screw holes. Please, for the love of all that is good, do not seal your PCs with perman...

It doesn't come with a built in wireless internet compatibility, so after waiting several months for the computer to arrive he couldn't use it to game until we ordered a wireless internet component. Also he ordered this computer specifically to play Ark but the internal storage that the computer came with is not large enough to download Ark so...

Love my new computer. I have never owned one that works so well. This is my first big spend on myself, and I can't be more proud! The computer runs smoothly. I haven't run into any issues. Apex is a great company. Even when they see issues might arise, they send out notice of anything that could occur. The making on my computer was a little length. But so far so good it is a wonderful product. Even thinking about getting one for my husband next year.

Firstly thank you so much for getting my pc to me in fully working conditions, obviously in it being a budget pc there was only so much I could expect but I believe it has exceed my expectations so I thank you for that I plan on making some changes to it firstly being it now has a gpu (rtx 4060) so that has improved it a lot and next I will be changing the power supply to a coolermaster 850 white edition to go with the case so it can run better. Very easy to choose the pc and build I wanted, and afterwards the team let me know what parts would be better for what I was going to use it for. The only thing I would like differently would be some kinda notice that I was going to get some factory/spare parts and wires, and that they were just extra and not needed to be installed. Also the tracking website made this whole thing simpler for me as I could check progress without bothering the team.

Despite what felt like a eternal waiting, the computer works very well, 240 fps on league of legends, run smoothly elden ring at maximum graphics, very surprising since it wasn't the best option possible, my other games are not as new as elden ring, but for example minecraft RLcraft mod runs very well even pass 6 chunks view, I would recommand it if you have the budget for it, and would be able to wait, and not as a replacement from a broken one, like in my case

After ordering my PC it took a while to arrive due to a part shortage but I love how beefy and smooth it runs. I can play any game I own and even vr titles on it. All in all I would recommend Apex Pcs to anyone who it in the market.

This is my first PC ever and I think Apex did a good job. My PC runs smoothly and I love how I can customize the LED lights using a program. I am verh happy I invested in a gaming PC and I have to say it is a beast. The only thing that I had a complaint about is when I received my PC the graphics card was not installed and I had to figure out. To the Apex workers: The build of the pc is beautiful and it works outstandingly. At the same time when it showed up I had to format it because it did not want to recognize windows. The computer works perfect, the problem I had is my computer was flagged 2 separate times during production making it delayed for 2 months longer than expected only because I did not recieve an email properly, and it was instead sent to spam instead of my inbox or my important emails the 1st time, however the second time was resolved quickly. I understand why an account needs to be flagged, but it would be better if you guys sent out more than 1 email per flagged instance.

The PC came very neat and professional I was blown away buy the attention to detail on everything. Some of the upgrades are a bit over priced but I understand they have to make money. The only negative thing I have to say was the build time, took almost 45 days. I would definitely recommend if your in no hurry and want a professional built PC!

The PC is great! No issues with running it thus far. It took a really long time to get. About 4 months after ordering it which was 2 months longer than Apex's estimate. I think Apex could be better about communicated delays as I had to repeatedly email and ask for updates.
