I had a little bumpy start(cause I plugged the display cable for the monitor in the wrong place, my fault). other than that it's been amazing. Going from playing games like minecraft on a ps4 with multiple friends, most being cross platform, to now is such a huge difference. I would highly recommend anyone to at least try an apex pc, thank you!

The PC is amazing I love it , the only thing that I didn’t give all 5 stars was the lack of communication during the process.. I wish there was updates during the process talking to your customers, email, text msg Just something goes a long way, but other than that games runs smoothly..

computer arrived well packaged and has been working perfectly since i got it, they kept me informed on my order during all the steps of production and even in spite of a hurricane they still got me my computer in about when they estimated it when i placed the order, witch was a big relief. my only thing i wish was the quality of the parts was better for the price ;(. you know i got 1/2 a car soo :p

Very solid PC. Exactly what I was wanting and looking for as an upgrade compared to my original rig. It works great and is very user friendly even for someone, unlike myself, who has never used or setup a gaming PC. Everything is installed well and even with no extra payment for cable management they did a great job. Everything is neatly labeled and displayed, and even comes with instructions for modifications or upgrades. The keychain it came with is also very good quality.

Amazing PC. It's running everything I could want it too run and it's doing it smoothly. Not PC related but there there was very little contact with myself until it had arrived at my front door. Tracking could have been better but that may sit with the shipping service itself. I did reach out to the customer service team and they were a great help.

The PC itself runs most if not all games very well, i was a bit disappointed by the wait time but they emailed me it was due to a part not being available. However when i emailed them about said wait the PC was instantly ready for shipping, which made me slightly suspicious if mine was just on a wait list, which i totally understand. Overall 8/10 would recommend to a friend.

The computer works great, I've had no issue with it running. I unfortunately had made a slight mistake and assumed the ready to ship gold and the custom build gold PCs had the same specs. So the computer doesn't have the specs I was expecting, but the computer has no issue with its operation and I was going to fix it by acquiring the processor I was expecting to have.

It is a custom build, therefore it does take time. However I was able to email the company about the timeframe and my concerns. They responded with a more clear timeframe. I did have multiple people reply, I don’t feel like it was ever the same person. But the computer came and my son loves it.

We would absolutely buy another PC when we need one in the future! The whole process was very easy. The customer care technician was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting everything we wanted in a PC. I believe that this company truly cares about the customers satisfaction and wants to put out high quality products. The only issue we have had is with the WiFi adapter, which has nothing to do with the PC itself.

Very well built. The shipping process could’ve been more streamlined and during the process parts were delayed. I would recommend more direct customer contact when things get delayed especially when thousands of dollars are spent on a single product. Also more consistent updates when the process gets off schedule for any reason. Once getting in contact with customer service every one I talked to was understanding, professional, and helpful.
