Costumer service helped a lot because my pc arrived and wouldn’t turn on. Luckily they helped me figure it out and now I’m gaming with more than 15 fps on Team Fortress 2! Love it!!!

PC is good it meets expectations. Everything works. I especially liked how easy it was to set up. Literally plug it in and start playing. Our other gaming pc’s have all struggled with over heating this one does not. I highly recommend the Apex Extreme with the the top options. Definitely expensive but worth it.

It’s been great so far, I would definitely recommend upgrading the graphics card, maybe get some more ram if you were to get it, but all in all it’s a pretty solid computer

Works great! I love my computer so far and I haven’t had many hiccups except for one. It does have one TINY nick in the screen but I couldn’t wait to start playing on it so I’m going to find someone to repair it instead. Other than that, it works great for my heavily modded Skyrim and Sims game and that was my main concern for the computer, but it handles it beautifully.

The pc runs well and the design looks really cool. The only thing I have a complaint about is when the pc arrived the glass panel had a weird smudge on it that wouldn’t come off.

My purchasing experience was good. Apex called to insure I was getting the right computer and components I needed for what I wanted to do. It was great to have the one on one and know what games my new rig could run. It took a while to get my order, the hurricane in Texas had something to do about that. Overall it runs fine, and has played my games smoothly. I recommend Apex for purchasing a budget build.

The experience ive had with Apex gaming pc's has been amazing! Even through a hurricane they stayed in touch with me about the progress of my build. The only issue i had the whole time was the expanding packaging they used for the inside of the pc wedged itself underneath the graphics card and took some cutting to get out. Other than that my pc works perfectly and im very happy with the experience. Thank you!

Looks great, runs like a dream! The computer came in sturdy packaging and arrived in perfect condition. Unpacking and setup was a breeze! Both my games and art apps run better than ever, with no lag and super quick load times. Would definitely recommend!

Came a little late because of corona but that’s about wrapped up now so wouldn’t have any complaints on that side of the building process and they were good at letting me know which step they were on for my computer. There was a few mishaps every once in a while but they were all resolved with one email. 8/10 shippping 10/10 build the price was not bad at all for the parts I got I would totally recommend the 2060 super or maybe even a 2070 it is totally worth the extra money.

I'm happy with the machine, I can easily say those were well spent money. It just took a bit too long to get it (around 6 months since I did place the order). Also the removable glass part of the case completely shattered as soon as I did try to open the pc which is no biggie but a little annoying, now I have a permanently open case so the inside is more prone to dust. Whatever, again, no biggie, the machine itself is amazing, just like I did want it.

Ok I love it once we got it set up but there were many things the website did not tell us about like the fact it did not have a wireless network adapter it hade no DVD player attached and it did not say that others than that I love it and will keep going through with apex gaming just want them to explain the pc more in depth for people that are getting there first pc

First off I'll start by saying this thing is a beast. Runs every game I throw at it at max settings effortlessly. Gpu temperature has never risen above 75° while playing even the most demanding games like cyberpunk with ray tracing on and all settings on max or high and that's thanks to the 6 fans that work really well at blowing the hot air out and sucking the cool air in. Love my computer. I've built my own PCs in the past, but didn't feel like going through the trouble this time. The price was obviously higher than of I'd built my own, but the time save was well worth it. I had one issue out of the box, with my PCIe card. Got in touch with support and they RMA'd it after some quick troubleshooting. No problem. When I got the new card, I had some strange issues. Called support and they got me set up right away. If it weren't for the support, I'd maybe give a 4-4....

From the beginning the customer service was great, initially I ordered it with a keyboard as well, a few weeks in I asked if I could switch the cost of the keyboard to the rushed 2 week build, and they happily agreed to do it. Amazing customer service is great, vut it hets better. PC is beautiful, really well built, and runs exactly how I would hope. I experienced a bit of lag though while I was streaming, so I checked my specs to find that I had the wrong graphics card installed; the one they used for bench testing hadn't been taken out for mine during the packaging process, but Apex was very helpful with getting it all sorted out for me. Great experience and a great PC from a very professional group of people. Would recommend to anyone looking for a PC.

Package arrived very securely, and even though my computer was delayed due to the hurricane the constant updates on the device was clear and almost daily. Just like a console it just needed to be removed from the box and for my cables to be hooked into it and started. Its well done, looks good and runs as expected. This is my first desktop and I couldn't be happier with it
