The experience was great! Everything all together took about a month, although that’s understandable because of coronavirus. The PC itself works beautifully and without problems, I’ve used it only for about 2 weeks without issue (besides our internet going out). Thank you for the service ApexGamingPCs! So far it runs phenomenally. Shipping was a little tedious because it never specified that you couldn’t ship it to a PO Box so it had to be returned then reshipped out.

My pc is absolutely wonderful. It runs effortlessly when under a lot of pressure, the fans haven’t kicked up once even while testing. The temperatures have stayed relatively low. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase even though I could have built it myself here and it would have been far cheaper. (CAD to USD). The staff has been wonderful to work with and answered my emails quite quickly to answer my questions and concerns. Overall, wonderful experience.

It was alright but if I had known about driver setup I think it would have been better. Because I inadvertently switched the base OS to windows trying to get it to work, And it does now so woo hoo I guess, I think if I really wanted I could switch it back but I don't really want to test fate right now, I really wish some of this info about updating the drivers with sdi or even the disk yawl sent, was on the troubleshooting page or whatnot, and I'm not saying yawl did a bad job or anything the pc...

This unit is the private pilot edition which I purchased for sole use with the new MSFS 2020. All settings cranked up to ULTRA and it works Great! I added ram and a little bit better video card. If you're a dedicated flight simmer, this is the machine for you. Total price about $1300 but worth every penny! Thank you APEX!

When I initially ordered this pc, I had a gripe that the motherboard was only selectable in the highest tier buying option, but that issue has since been addressed. Big shout out to apex gaming pc never heard of them before and seen a ad about them and decided to go ahead and buy a pc through them. Needless to say they came through with the build, and I can’t say in words how much I like it!! But the one downfall was having to wait other than that great experience they communicate with you through the whole process, so I was impressed. The PC is outstanding! It took 3 months due to delays but that was expected and the customer service told me about it and I feel there was great communication along the way. The only problem is that the case is white and I wanted black. But other than that, it works fantastic and I'm very happy with it!
