Everybody was great to deal with in the process of a custom built PC. It took a while to get the Graphics card of course but we changed mod build to a different card and they adjusted the price accordingly and got it out ASAP. Our son loves his PC and it runs all games like a dream. Highly recommend Apex PC’s!!

It did take a while for the computer to get to me but it was very worth it. Support was nice and fast when I contacted about how the build was going and about how much longer it would be until I got it. I’ve had it for a few months now and it works perfectly.

Took a couple on months due to delays. I was in contact with the Apex Team for the whole process and they were very friendly and helpful. The team was nice enough to give me a better graphics card for the inconvenience of the delays. The wait was definitely worth it! Overall the computer is amazing! Even though the delays pushed back the delivery the computer works great and I would definitely recommend. Just be aware of the current delays. Have fun gaming!

The shipping took longer than I expected, but the wait was pretty well worth it and communication was good when I had questions. Totally worth it, even the 6 months of waiting! Its my first gaming PC and i love it, its perfect! Even the customer service was great and super quick to answer when i had problem setting it up, i was so eager to try it and play and i got help in less then 30 minutes. Would recommend Apex Gaming to everyone who wants a nice gaming pc but don’t have the knowledge to put it together.

PC is amazingly put together. Very sleek and clean. Only downside was waiting for it to be built BUT it was also very understandable. I knew what I was getting myself into. The team was also kind enough to send the PC as soon as it was built and quality tested, even though they were still waiting for my monitor. Overall experience was 8 or 9 out of 10 because waiting just sucked lol. But APEX team was amazing.

The only thing bad that I can say is that only once in the two months I've had the tower, one of the fans malfunction when i booted it up the first time. I just restarted my comp and have not had any problems since then.

The experience was great! Everything all together took about a month, although that’s understandable because of coronavirus. The PC itself works beautifully and without problems, I’ve used it only for about 2 weeks without issue (besides our internet going out). Thank you for the service ApexGamingPCs! So far it runs phenomenally. Shipping was a little tedious because it never specified that you couldn’t ship it to a PO Box so it had to be returned then reshipped out.

My pc is absolutely wonderful. It runs effortlessly when under a lot of pressure, the fans haven’t kicked up once even while testing. The temperatures have stayed relatively low. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase even though I could have built it myself here and it would have been far cheaper. (CAD to USD). The staff has been wonderful to work with and answered my emails quite quickly to answer my questions and concerns. Overall, wonderful experience.

It was alright but if I had known about driver setup I think it would have been better. Because I inadvertently switched the base OS to windows trying to get it to work, And it does now so woo hoo I guess, I think if I really wanted I could switch it back but I don't really want to test fate right now, I really wish some of this info about updating the drivers with sdi or even the disk yawl sent, was on the troubleshooting page or whatnot, and I'm not saying yawl did a bad job or anything the pc...

This unit is the private pilot edition which I purchased for sole use with the new MSFS 2020. All settings cranked up to ULTRA and it works Great! I added ram and a little bit better video card. If you're a dedicated flight simmer, this is the machine for you. Total price about $1300 but worth every penny! Thank you APEX!

Big shout out to apex gaming pc never heard of them before and seen a ad about them and decided to go ahead and buy a pc through them. Needless to say they came through with the build, and I can’t say in words how much I like it!! But the one downfall was having to wait other than that great experience they communicate with you through the whole process, so I was impressed.
