Fantastic! Support was great, sales was informative and I was kept up-to-date on my build, even had a brief call to make sure I was getting what I wanted for a nearly $3,000 build. Build quality was fantastic, and I definitely recommend spending just that little extra for cable management, it REALLY helped with putting a bit more after-market in my PC once I got it. Next I need a PC, I'll probably head right back here. For sure worth it.

Genuinely I love the pc. Took a little time surely, but it was extremely worth it at the end and the thing is strong enough to crash games with high fps, I’m a happy man. It runs smooth, efficiently, and absolutely quiet as all hell. I enjoy playing on it and I believe it was worth it at the end, might’ve been pricey but well built, and well packaged.

This PC is absolutely amazing!! I got a free fan upgrade, and the exterior is so much prettier and clean than I expected! The communication was also amazing. Does everything I want it to do, runs great; besides some plates underneath where the gpu is mounted to the case arriving with some slight bends, it looks fantastic. Completely superficial as far as I can tell and hasn't taken away from my enjoyment of the product, just wanted to let y'all know. Am quite happy with my purchase and feel it was worth it for a highly customizable pre-built PC.

They did an amazing job with the PC. I bought a extra SSD to get more space and the person who took my call to explain to me how to install it was patient and super helpful considering I didn’t have much experience with PC’s. They promised I would receive it before Christmas and they delivered on that promise. I would recommend APEX to anybody who asks. They even gave me an upgraded motherboard since the one I picked wasn’t stocked just to get it to me in time. If there was an option for 6 stars...

Other than the delayed shipping, and dealing with UPS’s issues, ordering the pc has been a great experience. Works perfectly fine, and the hardest part about setting it up was putting the HDMI in the right port, because there are apparently 2. Apex customer service has been top-notch. With Brandon's recommendations, I have been very happy with their customer service. The tower itself works phenomenally, it's quiet whilst boosting great performance. It has no difficulty playing the most resource-intensive games. Runs very fast and in seven minutes I downloaded multiple games that would take days on console. It doesn't produce a lot of heat. Several games that run at a higher resolution run without a hick up.

I’ll be honest, Apex has restored my faith in companies building a custom PC for a customer. I originally went through Evolve PC and it was an absolute nightmare that ended in me having to do a charge back on my card. Apex is and will be my go to choice for all of my PC needs. It took a bit of time to get it because of shortages on parts, but once I got it I cannot express just how happy I am with the experience. Love the PC, bit of a wait thanks to the parts I ordered and the original shipment coming in with one section of the loop coming loose (can’t really fault anything but a bumpy transit there) but support was helpful any time I’ve had to reach out for assistance, runs great and the only thing I’d change is maybe an outlet valve to make my life easier on changing out the liquid.

Computer is running great so far! I requested component changes later after ordering my pc and everything was correct when I got my pc. It has worked instantly after getting it out of the box and following the start up guide. I haven't run into any issues at all! It was delayed about a month from the initial deliver date. But it was well worth it! Great build and great customer service.
