This computer has been great. I got it specifically to play Ark with my husband (my computer is better than his now 😁). I'm able to play with the Epic graphics setting. It's so fast compared to my old computer.

Other than the delayed shipping, and dealing with UPS’s issues, ordering the pc has been a great experience. Works perfectly fine, and the hardest part about setting it up was putting the HDMI in the right port, because there are apparently 2.

Runs very fast and in seven minutes I downloaded multiple games that would take days on console. It doesn't produce a lot of heat. Several games that run at a higher resolution run without a hick up.

The system itself works great, runs Baldur’s Gate 3 and Marvel Rivals at decent settings without issues. Only problem I’ve had is with the added wifi adapter, where I will lose internet connection for like 10 seconds when I run multiple processes that require internet at the same time, like discord and a game simultaneously.

Computer is running great so far! I requested component changes later after ordering my pc and everything was correct when I got my pc. It has worked instantly after getting it out of the box and following the start up guide. I haven't run into any issues at all! It was delayed about a month from the initial deliver date. The computer has honestly reached, and pretty well surpassed any real expectations I had. Admittedly, it took me a while to do this review for some reasons unrelated to the computer/company, but honestly I've been quite happy with my purchase to say the least. I haven't owned a desktop in double-digit years now and I can say honestly that I don't regret my purchases.
Now to invest in getting a bigger desk.. Eh, eventually.

Order was delayed a bit but not too long. Well built. No loose parts. The only issues I found was a jumper was disconnected from the motherboard. Probably came out during shipping or when that expanding foam was put in. And the hard drive was not partitioned correctly so it only reconized 114 gigs of available space.
