Had to deal with several delays on the build, and needed to call or email to find out anything about them. Ended up getting a refund on the monitor just to avoid waiting weeks maybe even a months more when it was already over a month late. The PC runs fine, but I wouldn't recommend the company unless they've addressed their issues with establishing accurate deadlines and communicating issues proactively.

Well everything would have been great had I known that it didn't come with wifi so I had to take it to another place and spend another 200$ to get a network card installed because our internet box and router is on the other side of our house and we don't need long cords ran though the house to my sons room to trip over

Never buying from them again. Pc works fine so far but time to get it is months, when at the original buying time was weeks or less. Customer support was rude and not helpful (even had to get his boss involved with it as well). My friends purchased similar builds from other respectable companies and were able to get their pc within weeks while I had to wait months and kept getting pushed back. Even if it was literally free I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

After about 2 months all the games I used to be able to play stoped working. It says my CPU is maxed out with no real reason why. The games run at 1 frame per hour. I purchased the Zen model so if you can help that would be wonderful.

At first things were great. Ran well and as expected! Streams went smooth and never had even remotely an issue with running anything. Flash forward 3 months. The SSD boot drive failed. All my data gone. As of yet.. no response from the support team. Now I'm having to spend more money to fix and replace parts on a PC that should've been more than future proofed. I'm not pleased. Can't say I would wholeheartedly recommend them as my experience hasn't been the smoothest.

At first, the consistency with Apex was great about what to implement in the current PC Build I had bought for my friend. When my friend had received the PC first. The computer itself works great no problems with its performance. Only issues is that I can't find a way to turn off the RGB lighting and the wifi tends to disconnect at random moments, especially if left idle for about 5 minutes. Whether it's the PC or the wifi USB, I'm not sure. Other than that, the PC works perfectly

Shipping took longer than expected. But thats my only gripe considering it was during a global pandemic. I enjoyed the customer service and how quick they where to respond to my issues and my constant emails. Very professional, very polite, just order sooner than you wanted and it should be in on time.

This computer has been nothing but a constant headache. Took almost 6 months to finally be delivered. I am very disappointed with Apex. I started my order in February and was told in February that they had started building my PC. They immediately attempted to get me to switch cases under the lie that it would "be more aestheticly pleasing" so I accepted. Decent PC, but for 3000$ there’s a few issues. 1. My BiOs is completely inaccessible and my computer soft locks when I try to get into it on startup. 2. Secure boot isn’t defaulted on so I can’t play certain games without going into my bios (see 1). 3. The PC intermittently crashes and stops working for unknown reasons. 4. Took over five months, at price paid, should have been built and at the door in less than a month. Logistics issues were used as an excuse over and over, and to boot, no backup disc or usb sent with computer. Won’t order from your company again.

Not very satisfied with this PC the whole internet system did not work had to order a whole new graphics card as the one in it did not work. Also had to order a wireless internet adapter for it as it did not want to connect to my internet.
