I bought a bundle that came with a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and headphones. The mouse doesn't even connect to the PC. Next I tried everything in the internet section to try to get the wifi on on it after just using a mouse I already have. Can't even connect to the wifi. Over $2,000 wasted on something I can't even use. Highly dissatisfied.

The PC itself is great, however the QC process was completely non-existent. The PC arrived with the HDD unallocated and the RGB lights not working. No big deal….right? I called customer service the day after I received the PC (Feb 7) and they apologized. They walked me through a few steps to see if the lights themselves were broken or if it was something else. Took way too long (almost 6 months) to get. Cryptic emails on progress, followed by hunting down a phone number to chase updates when the emails stopped coming. Remember - the tech is half the package. The customer experience is the other half. You’ve underinvested in something that doesn’t get stuck in supply chains.

I love the pc, it runs everything I play fantasticly. The one thing that makes this review a 3 star is that apparently I had to select if I wanted wifi capabilities. I didn't know I had to so it doesn't have that. It also has locked the wifi addapters i purchased at 3.5 MB per second download speeds... The pc is great, probably the beefiest computer I've ever owned. However, was it worth the 7 months to get it? No. Nicholas did a great job up till the end with us. Honestly the PC is awesome and Nicholas was the only good part of the team in my opinion. Poor communication, false advertising of scheduled deliveries, and a push to up sale me when you didn't have my part left a really bad taste in the mouth. I would not purchase another PC from you guys. All that being said Nicholas was patient and understanding with a willingness to help, make sure he is getting good paid right.
