It took 3 months to receive my system because GPU was on back order. I was upgraded to a 4060, that was awesome! Only draw back is I wish I would have realized that I only have 256G of space. I need way more

At the time I'm writing this I don't have the computer. From the time I placed the order it took 12 weeks for the computer to arrive. I don't think this was clearly stated in the fine print and I couldn't find it beforehand. Had I known I probably would not have ordered. I bought a bundle that came with a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and headphones. The mouse doesn't even connect to the PC. Next I tried everything in the internet section to try to get the wifi on on it after just using a mouse I already have. Can't even connect to the wifi. Over $2,000 wasted on something I can't even use. Highly dissatisfied.

I don’t like it at all there was no clear indication that it was Ethernet only and I live at the second floor and the router is in the living room. So I have wasted a lot of money trying to get this Ethernet shit to work buying all these routers and cables for nothing complete waste of my time and money

the PC just keeps shutting off and not turning on not turning on and I have sent it back they could not help; said it was a power problem gave me a cord did not help got a technician to look at it everything was good. Just a bad Pc
