The PC works fine but I disliked the constant emails about getting help setting it up. Also having an admin account automatically on the PC is a little annoying. Overall it’s a fine desktop.

I am very unpleased with the pc at the moment. It keeps crashing every time I am playing apex legends. The game I bought it to play. Can’t go 5 minutes with out the game crashing.

pc is decent but overpriced. I Recently got this for a Christmas present and told the person who got me the pc, that they got scammed. all together the pc parts costed 900-1000ish.The person who got the pc for me payed 2000. anytime i bring it up to my friends they say I def got scammed. LOWER THE PRICES. also the shipping was terribly long bought in November, got here at the end January

When I received the pc, it wasn't fully built and when I tried to plug in the pc with what was already attached and built,it wouldn't work, so now it's just a paper weight

Took about 2 months to receive the pc after a lot of back and forth calling customer support. Having to try send it back now,only 7 months of having it because it keeps crashing. I have reset/reformat the pc and re installed windows 10 on it ,but still has problems crashing. Overall I'm not happy. Well over $1000 spent, I shouldn't be having to deal with this .The pc does look nice but that's all it has going for it

Great pc, annoying experience. Took forever to get my pc, was given an excuse that sounded like a quick lie to calm me the customer. Wouldn’t buy from apex again, great deals just felt like my pc was left on a shelf and forgotten about.

Showed up after 5 months (original estimate was 5-9 weeks) little to no updates from company. No instructions to help with setup, random wires left unplugged in case. Computer runs decently but not well enough to overshadow the glaring issues with delivery and communication. Can't recommend based off my experience.

I ordered 2 sticks of 32 ddr 5 ram but instead got 4 sticks of 16 ddr 5 ram, and would have liked to have known that the case would have been very cramped with a 4090 stuffed inside, I knew the 4090 was large but if I was recommended a bigger case probably would have wanted a bigger case, cause the wires are squeezed between the case wall and the 4090 having a sharp twist as they are routed. Other then that I’ve been enjoying my build, but the thing wait for my pc could have been shorter.

The waiting time for this build was simply beyond ridiculous. I basically had to go on the offensive and put constant pressure via customer service to get it shipped after more than 3 months of waiting for parts. Upon arrival we noticed a few issues such as one of the frontal usb ports not working and missing wifi 6e antenna that should have come with the mother board.
