The reason I have it 3 stars was because I only got half my order, however the PC I did get was honestly amazing. I know people talk down on pre built PCs, But this is forsure worth it if you don’t want to build your own. Great speeds for the specs it came with. I did get a ryzen 5 series, however that was more then enough to make 200fps on majority of big title games. Both of the top fans wobble and make a load rattling noise. The side wall fans buzz. The rest of the computer works great but if you spend $4000 on a computer it better be perfect. They didn’t send my monitor or keyboard until a week after my pc came. And the pc was weeks late. It’s annoying that I have to go out of my way now to fix fans in a computer I haven’t even had for a month. I’d send it back if I didn’t think it take a month for it be be fixed

It’s a nice looking pc overall the one thing I was concerned about was the battery it was loose when the pc came and one of the screws was bent do to it falling out of place but other than that it was packaged well and has a very nice look and design I’m not sure what these other parts are for that got shipped with the pc as I have never had a pc before but I guess I will have to figure it out later on when I finish setting everything up I will leave another review on how I looks and feels later...

I thought I was going to get a great funtional PC. I trusted the engineers when they said the parts I chose would fit and funtion. Spoiler, they didn't. They fit the case at least. Less than a week after delivery I ran into my first issue. The frames were dropping hard while playing any game, regardless of how my settings were set. I was extremely dissapointed in the purchasing experience. 11 weeks to get a computer is WAY too long. To make matters worse, I'm a Linux guy and the graphics card is not being Linux freindly. All in all, I've spent $$ and waited a long time for a machine that not performing anywhere near what I had hoped for. -------------- If you really want to provide a service, you've got to make it clear just how long I'm going to have to wait (and offering Linux installs would be great!)

The build was months long with NO updates or any kind of customet service. I STILL can't control my poorly installed strimmer cable. I was given a Corsair lighting box that does not work properly. I orderd the pc and got close to what I asked for. However, for two of the main components I found that coustomer service led me to pay a higher price by telling me that more expensive parts were not compatible (even though they were) to pay a higher price for lower quality parts.

Not a happy experience at all, pc was great but it's what came with it that's bad. They try an talk you into all these upgrades an such bit it's a set up. The keyboard an mouse that I paid extra for are garbage, it's been 4 months an I've already replaced the keyboard an now it's the mouse turn. Very poor products!
