A lot of the USB ports don't work. Also, the wifi connects to the router, but doesn't let me get online. It's a decent PC, but not worth what I paid for it.

Here's the thing. When I got my PC it didnt work due to a bad SSD drive. While I understand that accidents happen, it took almost a month (maybe a little longer) and at least 3 maybe 4 calls in to get them to send the me a drive back. When I did receive the drive it had issues that required more support calls to sort out. It took a fairly long amount of time to finally get this big boi in my clutches but that is genuinely my only complaint. It came optimized and worked perfectly as soon as I powered this beast on. Although I initially purchased this to better mod Skyrim, I've since been mostly modding Witcher 3. I was beyond underwhelmed with the committment to delivery from this company. I ordered a 48 hour turn around that took over SIX weeks to complete. I called in and complained numerous times and even scheduled a call back with the head of customer service and he never called. They did bump up the specs in my computer but honestly I'm not sure I received the extras. Very disappointed in the service. The computer seems fine but I would recommend ordering elsewhere if you want prompt service.

Well first off your pc are way over priced. I could have bought the components I tried for half of the price and other company’s are shipping for free. I got charged 200 to ship. I get an up charge for building it and testing before shipping but for a little more then half the price I could have walked into Best Buy and bought a more powerful pc off the shelf. I tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn’t and the pc hadn’t even started to be built yet.

Just feels that Apex is either understaffed or has obstacles in their pc building process that need to be ironed out. Communication regarding the parts of my pc that were delayed was non-existent, and I had to reach out to know what was going on. Honestly wouldn't recommend :(

Pros: customer service has been absolutely wonderful each time I had to speak with them. Cons: I feel like it was a bit disorganized. I paid extra for “rush build” which would make the PC ship within 2 weeks. The order did not arrive until 04/01 when the order was placed on 02/22. Then on arrival, the PC would not turn on. After speaking with customer support for nearly 2 hours reseating everything possible, I had to ship it back. They did work on it immediately and fixed the issue fortunately....

The computer is terrific, but I wouldn't buy from Apex Gaming again. They waited most of the estimated time given to me before informing me that they were missing parts, then continued to move the estimated ship date such that it was over a month late. Buying from this company was a much larger hassle than it needed to be.

Constant delays with no updates and half of the discussed items where not included in the build. The only good thing I can say is I got what I payed for as you never charged me for the parts left off that we discussed would be added. However what I got was very lackluster as I have already taken it into a local shop twice to fix issues you guys failed on. 1/5 will be recommending anyone looking for a computer to go anywhere but with you guys.
