Terrible. They use cheap Chinese scrap parts for their psu’s that can’t power anything. I spent nearly 3 grand on this garbage and it couldn’t render anything because when it tried the entire pc would lose power.

My audio is unreliable, some days it works and other days the computer won’t acknowledge my headset. I also needed to upgrade my storage which kind sucked and it crashed a lot when I play games. I bought a laptop probably around 5 years ago and it was way more reliable and was probably cheaper since it was on sale during Christmas.

So far the PC has been great, I have had 0 issues with it and it's a beast. My only complaints are these: This thing took forever to arrive, and had so many delays (even after the hurricane delay I waited through with understanding). And there weren't a whole lot of specific instructions for a new end user in mind. I.e more than just the manuals attached in the box, but for a new or newer enthusiast, a diagram of how to assemble or disassemble, or upgrade etc or something along those lines ...

GPU has no VR support, Constant wifi issues, constant bluetooth issues, 99$ is not worth shipping cost for it to arrive in 2 days, overall poor experience rather than what was expected for 700$

There's been bit of complications with order but it was very transparent which i respect, when i got my pc i have noticed that the ram wasn't on his fullest power it was 5400mhz while the rams are actually 6400mhz which i noticed that motherboards doesn't really support software wise 4x ddr5 rams, i don't know if apex know that but at the time being having 2x ddr5 with 6400mhz rams would be a lot better then having 4x ddr5 with 6400mhz since there need to be detail tweaking in bios to be able to...

So far it’s been a decent computer. On the day it showed up I was talking to customer service for two hours be cause I could not get the GPU to pick up my monitors. In the end Tim who was helping me decided that the GPU was bad. He started a RMA for it. I’ve sent the broken GPU back and I’m waiting for a new one. I’m hoping that when I get a new GPU that my rating will go up.

The computer runs fine once i get it past start-up. most of the time it fails to produce a video output from the gpu, and just leaves a black screen. I've had other people come look at it and says the problem is in this brand new gpu I bought from apex (with the pc) as the rest of the pc runs fine and i can get a video output from the other output section, but not the gpu.

A lot of the USB ports don't work. Also, the wifi connects to the router, but doesn't let me get online. It's a decent PC, but not worth what I paid for it.

Here's the thing. When I got my PC it didnt work due to a bad SSD drive. While I understand that accidents happen, it took almost a month (maybe a little longer) and at least 3 maybe 4 calls in to get them to send the me a drive back. When I did receive the drive it had issues that required more support calls to sort out.
