Computer is running great so far! I requested component changes later after ordering my pc and everything was correct when I got my pc. It has worked instantly after getting it out of the box and following the start up guide. I haven't run into any issues at all! It was delayed about a month from the initial deliver date. But it was well worth it! Great build and great customer service.

Let's be honest, I ordered the 3090... So I already knew I was in for a good amount of waiting. Totally worth it. As someone who'd normally build my own, I found that the build quality of the PC itself far exceeded my expectations. These guys did a great job putting it together. Only negative was windows did not have the update needed to connect via ethernet, however once I realized the problem... It was a very easy fix. I've not struggled with playing any demanding game titles. I do regret not ...

Order was delayed a bit but not too long. Well built. No loose parts. The only issues I found was a jumper was disconnected from the motherboard. Probably came out during shipping or when that expanding foam was put in. And the hard drive was not partitioned correctly so it only reconized 114 gigs of available space.

First time getting a custom computer versus a store bought and wow, the difference is extremely noticable! It took a bit of time to get it because of shortages on parts, but once I got it I cannot express just how happy I am with the experience. When it's time to eventually upgrade in the future I know I'll be back.

For a small company, they put out great work! Purchasing what I wanted was simple and easy. They keep you updated on the whole process to ensure that both parties are on the same page. My PC works great, and I have not had a problem since I got it. I would rate them 8-9/10, recommend them, and would buy again.

I had to send the PC back, because the motherboard was not functioning, but I think this was a problem caused by UPS, rather then apex gaming PCs. After it arrived the second time, the PC worked perfectly without any problems, it was definitely worth the money.

Truly a great running and great looking build. The only complaint I have is it did take longer to get here than estimated. Although, support was emailing me daily apologizing, keeping me in the loop and answering questions.

I've never owned an actual gaming PC before, only a few laptops. Let me say I'm genuinely very happy that I chose Apex to be the first. I am very pleased with the build, and most importantly how the PC feels and performs. I have no negative things to say about the product itself, however I do wish that I was updated a bit more during the build process, as it took weeks to get any updates sometimes (Though it was understandable due to part supply shortages). 10/10 for me!

So build wise this thing is an absolute 10/10 and I couldn’t be happier honestly. Where I give my “experience” a 5/10 is with the channels of communication honestly. Without rehashing everything I think my only place where I would want to see the company grow before purchasing again would be under promising on delivery dates and over delivering elsewhere. The computer has honestly reached, and pretty well surpassed any real expectations I had. Admittedly, it took me a while to do this review for some reasons unrelated to the computer/company, but honestly I've been quite happy with my purchase to say the least.
