It took a long time to get here, from not having the parts, then to shipping issues. I believe it took about 2 months to get here which is the only downside I see. Once it did ship it took about a week to arrive overseas, which was great.
The customer support is stellar, genuinely very helpful and honest which I highly appreciate. Sincerely never seen a company be so invested and quick to respond. It show a lot about the employees character and company ethos.

Overall my experience was excellent all parts in the computer are parts you would use for a build no unknown brands. Cable management is A1 did a better job than I ever could. I highly recommend Apex gaming in competitive settings I get 200+ frames 1080p and all high setting I still get 150fps on average. Absolutely love this computer...no problems with it at all...right out of the box ready and looks and performs great..I only play farm sim 19 on it for now but it runs great even with a ton mods installed. I am a first time PC gamer I would highly recommend anyone and everyone for this computer it works great and it’s a great price for a good pc where as some others just seem kind of sketchy when you are only spending a few hundred. I really enjoy my new pc, it took a month and a half to get here but now that it's here I don't have much to complain about, besides it running windows 11 by default. I'd rather have had windows 10 if I'm being honest but I know windows 10 isn't going to be supported for much longer so I get it.

Beautiful and fast PC. Took awhile to build/ship but the company was dealing with a hurricane at the time, so nothing they could control (a couple of parts were delayed a few weeks). I’ve had my PC for 2 weeks now and I can’t say anything bad about it!! I’ve ran both American Truck Simulator and Farming Simulator 19 on ultra settings and it handles it like a champ. Definitely recommend Apex Gaming PCs for anything high performance computer related!!

Runs at a very solid fps in every game I've tried it in. Works great with high graphic settings. Starts up pretty quickly. Not noisy at all. Can handle a decent amount of tabs being open while gaming if you need them. Overall I am very happy with it!

The shipping was long but expected.
When received I got a problem with a component that got "disconnected" so I got to reinstall it myself.
But the support team was very nice and helpful for every problem that I had. They answered quickly.
Overall the computer is Great for its price. I can launch 3 games at the time heavily moded and still have no performance problem.
For the price it is worth it and if you really want to, you can always upgrade it yourself easily.

I have had amazing customer service through apex. PC was built and shipped within a reasonable time frame. There was an issue with the packaging when it arrived however Apex swiftly took care of it. A stick of ram was either faulty or damaged and needed repaired/replaced and Apex as well jumped on that quickly and efficiently. A technician even sitting down and helping me troubleshoot the problem over the phone and getting the PC running again!
