I thought I was going to get a great funtional PC. I trusted the engineers when they said the parts I chose would fit and funtion. Spoiler, they didn't. They fit the case at least. However, there were a ton of out-of-the-box issues between how it was set up, account structuring, bloatware, poor system resource management, and more. I was extremely dissapointed in the purchasing experience. 11 weeks to get a computer is WAY too long. To make matters worse, I'm a Linux guy and the graphics card is not being Linux freindly. All in all, I've spent $$ and waited a long time for a machine that not performing anywhere near what I had hoped for. -------------- If you really want to provide a service, you've got to make it clear just how long I'm going to have to wait (and offering Linux installs would be great!)

The build was months long with NO updates or any kind of customet service. I STILL can't control my poorly installed strimmer cable. I was given a Corsair lighting box that does not work properly. I have had to replace that and some other things. I WOULD NEVER recommend apex to a friend. I discouraged my partner from buying his new PC from you and his money went to NewEgg. My audio is unreliable, some days it works and other days the computer won’t acknowledge my headset. I also needed to upgrade my storage which kind sucked and it crashed a lot when I play games. I bought a laptop probably around 5 years ago and it was way more reliable and was probably cheaper since it was on sale during Christmas.

There's been bit of complications with order but it was very transparent which i respect, when i got my pc i have noticed that the ram wasn't on his fullest power it was 5400mhz while the rams are actually 6400mhz which i noticed that motherboards doesn't really support software wise 4x ddr5 rams, i don't know if apex know that but at the time being having 2x ddr5 with 6400mhz rams would be a lot better then having 4x ddr5 with 6400mhz since there need to be detail tweaking in bios to be able to...

So far it’s been a decent computer. On the day it showed up I was talking to customer service for two hours be cause I could not get the GPU to pick up my monitors. In the end Tim who was helping me decided that the GPU was bad. He started a RMA for it. I’ve sent the broken GPU back and I’m waiting for a new one. I’m hoping that when I get a new GPU that my rating will go up.

Terrible. They use cheap Chinese scrap parts for their psu’s that can’t power anything. I spent nearly 3 grand on this garbage and it couldn’t render anything because when it tried the entire pc would lose power.

The computer runs fine once i get it past start-up. most of the time it fails to produce a video output from the gpu, and just leaves a black screen. I've had other people come look at it and says the problem is in this brand new gpu I bought from apex (with the pc) as the rest of the pc runs fine and i can get a video output from the other output section, but not the gpu.
