I got this rig and when it arrived, it was wonky. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. It got to the point where it would auto restart by itself and crash constantly. Sent it in to get fixed. Received it back “fixed”. Turned it on when I got it back, didn’t want to work. Second day, worked fine. Third and fourth day, wouldn’t even boot.

Took 7 months to get to me worked for one day now games freeze and the graphics are buggy sometimes it crashes when it’s booted up it was a 5 thousand dollar computer I will never use or recommend you people ever worst computer company I’m sure I will ever do business with I will not send my computer to be fixed from whatever you all did to make it not work I will take it to someone who knows what there doing good day what a waste

This computer was bought for my 15 year old son. We have had this computer for less than 9 months and there are lines running all through his monitor that get worse the longer the computer is on. This is very disappointing with the cost of the system.

Have already replaced the MOBO, after waiting an excessive amount of time to receive the computer, the MOBO bricked after two weeks. I did not bother with returning anything as they were terrible to work with to just get the computer in the first place. 0/10 would not buy from Apex again.

The pc was poorly built. I sent it back, and it has been two months that I haven’t heard anything about the status of my pc. I was refunded for expedited shipping, but the $1000 I paid for the computer is nonrefundable. I’m pretty disappointed. The email asking me to review a product I haven’t even been able to use is ironic.

Both of the top fans wobble and make a load rattling noise. The side wall fans buzz. The rest of the computer works great but if you spend $4000 on a computer it better be perfect. They didn’t send my monitor or keyboard until a week after my pc came. And the pc was weeks late. It’s annoying that I have to go out of my way now to fix fans in a computer I haven’t even had for a month. I’d send it back if I didn’t think it take a month for it be be fixed

The reason I have it 3 stars was because I only got half my order, however the PC I did get was honestly amazing. I know people talk down on pre built PCs, But this is forsure worth it if you don’t want to build your own. Great speeds for the specs it came with. I did get a ryzen 5 series, however that was more then enough to make 200fps on majority of big title games. If you want to spend a good chuck of money on a pc I’d recommend here because they also over clock your pc for u and pre install...

We wanted it in black it’s white we also ordered a bunch of updates to it that did not come with it we are very unhappy with it for real. We want you to send us the computer that we ordered so we can send this peace of crap back to you! Seriously take a look at are original order seems you just pulled a white one off the self and sent it to us lol won’t even run two screens it’s a peace of crap

It’s a nice looking pc overall the one thing I was concerned about was the battery it was loose when the pc came and one of the screws was bent do to it falling out of place but other than that it was packaged well and has a very nice look and design I’m not sure what these other parts are for that got shipped with the pc as I have never had a pc before but I guess I will have to figure it out later on when I finish setting everything up I will leave another review on how I looks and feels later...
