After a very long wait time for a refurbished PC; 4 months, it shipped broken. I am not familiar with computers and this was my first experience purchasing a PC. Took about 2 months to receive the pc after a lot of back and forth calling customer support. Having to try send it back now,only 7 months of having it because it keeps crashing. I have reset/reformat the pc and re installed windows 10 on it ,but still has problems crashing. Overall I'm not happy. Well over $1000 spent, I shouldn't be having to deal with this .The pc does look nice but that's all it has going for it

While the computer runs well and is great for gaming, Windows 11 was forced onto it when it does not have the requirements to properly run on it and install onto it. Had to revert to Windows 10 because of it.

Showed up after 5 months (original estimate was 5-9 weeks) little to no updates from company. No instructions to help with setup, random wires left unplugged in case. Computer runs decently but not well enough to overshadow the glaring issues with delivery and communication. Can't recommend based off my experience.

Honestly out of the box a great setup for me and it worked wonderfully for the first month or so, but I have been having technical issues of it as of late, most software not running at all, I am going to try the hail mary of a factory reset to see if that solves the issue

The waiting time for this build was simply beyond ridiculous. I basically had to go on the offensive and put constant pressure via customer service to get it shipped after more than 3 months of waiting for parts. Upon arrival we noticed a few issues such as one of the frontal usb ports not working and missing wifi 6e antenna that should have come with the mother board.

Decent PC, but for 3000$ there’s a few issues. 1. My BiOs is completely inaccessible and my computer soft locks when I try to get into it on startup. 2. It was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks. However, it took 11 weeks, which is very very annoying. From my perspective, 8 weeks is a very long time. So, 11 weeks is abuse. Then, I won't buy anything again in this store.

I was beyond underwhelmed with the committment to delivery from this company. I ordered a 48 hour turn around that took over SIX weeks to complete. I called in and complained numerous times and even scheduled a call back with the head of customer service and he never called. They did bump up the specs in my computer but honestly I'm not sure I received the extras. Very disappointed in the service. The computer seems fine but I would recommend ordering elsewhere if you want prompt service.

Overall I really like the convenience of getting the product pre built however the time from ordering and receiving it is pretty long. I was promised 6-16 weeks however it took over half a year to arrive. And it would’ve taken longer if I hadn’t reached out. Also the motherboard didn’t come with any screw holes for solid state drives which is pretty annoying. The product itself works really well so I’ll give it a good review.

It works great and haven’t had any big issues with it. Only thing is that the memory randomly is used up and task manager just says it’s system interruptions. I’m pretty sure it’s due to the new discord bug that floods memory but I’m not 100%.

The computer itself works great no problems with its performance. Only issues is that I can't find a way to turn off the RGB lighting and the wifi tends to disconnect at random moments, especially if left idle for about 5 minutes. Whether it's the PC or the wifi USB, I'm not sure. Other than that, the PC works perfectly

Runs very smoothly. Runs all the highest settings in games. Boots up and restarts really fast. Didn’t give a 5 star because I had to install things on my own in order to play some games. It doesn’t come with much storage but this can always be added.
