Terrible wait time for receiving the computer. Should have just ordered parts and built it myself. But other than that the computer has been great suits all my needs. Great customer service but just a horrible time waiting.

At first when I got it I took it out and it looked fine when I took it to my cousins to take a look at it and was told the safety cable for my had was broken along with a part from the gpu which he replaced for me and a wire that got cut for one of my fans but I think that was due to shipping appart from that I'm pleased about my first gaming PC.

From the beginning to the end was a bad experience. I bit the bullet on this and should of canceled but the fact that there was a fee the size of Texas is the amount of money you make on the sale anyways I didn't cancel. The actual product was as ordered hardware wise. The configurations and setup of windows was terrible. The wires were tied very tight. One cord was being pulled and kinked bending pins on mobo. PC works great and no issues with it. My problem is the time, it would be fine if you stated how long it would be accurately but it was supposed to arrive long before it actually did. I’d rather have an over estimation of how long it’ll be than an under estimation so I’ll be happy if it gets there early instead of being disappointed it’s here late.

The build took 2 months and I had to email the support to get it somewhere + they were taking off parts they listed has for my build The build works just fine but they don't give you the access to you're windows account and after a week and a half I had problems with my 3060 rtx... I expected more since there's a big hype on YouTube for Apex gaming

The wait was really long and over shot your estimate of 8 weeks by an extra 4 or 5 weeks. I am happy overall with my computer and the customer service was fairly punctual with responding to my questions. One thing I'm concerned about is not getting any kind of serial number for my O.S. Love the pc and runs great the only issue is that I made and appointment to talk to some one after purchase to upgrade and change something on the pc. Got in touch with somebody and discussed what I wanted. According to them they had changes to my order. The changes were upgraded ram from 8 to 16 and the case changed from basic white to black. I assumed they would update the pc but never did. When I received it the changes that I asked for were not there.

The lights on the PC case are way too bright but it’s nothing a little electrical tape couldn’t cover. Other than that I love the PCs performance and the walkthrough was simple, even for a guy who never set up a pc before.

I do really like it but it whenever I power it down and then use headphones, it has really annoying static that doesn't go until I uninstall and reinstall something and then restart. Also, I don't know how to, if you can, turn off the fan rbg while the computer is still on. But besides those relatively small issues it is excellent.

I really love the PC. It allows me to play all the games I wanted and more. The only issue is that I cannot seem to add my Microsoft account to the PC, create my User on the PC, or delete the local user Apex Gaming off the PC. Besides that I look forward with further business with you all.

Amazing! All my games are so much better and less laggy compare to my laptop. Although the shipping was way longer then expected but I don't blame anyone since the pandemic was still in effect with shipping. Again amazing and beautiful pc very adorbs!

The pc runs great on lower resolutions given my price point being about $800 and have to play at 30fps or 60 on lower resolutions but all in all a solid machine so far. Just wish my motherboard wasn't a mini.

This is an amazing computer and I wouldn't trade it in for anything else, I however did have a problem with the SSD the first time I booted it up, it caused me to have to go buy a new SSD but other than that, she's been running like a top!

I would like to start this off with I have no problems with the computer and it works great and is exactly what I wanted and paid for, but I the pc on June 21st of 2021 and after a lot of emails between me and the company I had nothing much for why my computer was being delayed so much and genuinely thought I was being scammed only after calling the company personally did I learn that my CPU was out of stock and they gave me the option to downgrade and get a 145$ rebate I agreed, two weeks later...

The PC has been fantastic since set up. There was a wait time, to be expected, but it was worthwhile in the end. When there was an issue with the case I had originally selected, they reached out and got it swapped at no extra charge.
