I like the PC, it works great and looks good too. In the customer service department, it would be great if customers could receive a notification that delivery would be delayed and explain the reason behind the delay. Other than that it was a good purchase.

Amazing PC. Runs very smoothly. My only complaint is that the controls for the rgb fan lights is wired in the back of the PC, so I have to keep moving it around and pulling the back cover off to change them. Other than that. I would definitely recommend this PC to others. Job well done.

Purchasing the computer was super easy because of help from your team. However, I ran into a CPU fan issue with my computer. Sometimes the fan would work, sometimes it wouldn't which would cause the computer to prompt me with all kinds of BIOS settings, latency, and cooling issues. Overall a great pc, just 1 issue. The graphics card they gave only had 4GB of memory on it, so I can barely run any games without lagging very bad. Other than that thought it’s a great pc.

I bought the pc and it worked fine and still works but can only run 60hz the top hdmi port does not work same with the two USB ports The bottom hdmi port works but will only run 60hz is there a way to fix this I bought my pc around Christmas and just got a 144hz Monitor and new hdmi cable and still does not work what is wrong with the top hdmi port?

This pre built pc is fantastic. It's very smooth and reliable. There were some communication issues, as it took 2 weeks to receive a "pre built, same day shipping" pc, but it was worth the wait.

Have had it s fee months now runs great rarely has problem that a pc noob like me can't figure out. All the cords are neatly established and easy to find. Have only had a couple of issues like space( you can pay for more when buying the pc ) but for some reason my lights don't like to stay whatever color I switch them too and randomly will switch back to white so I just gave up on those.

Overall, I think this was a good purchase (although I'm not the end user. It was purchased for my son). Apex did a great job communicating about the product and the process. It took way longer than we anticipated though. Purchased in June, received in I believe September. The other negative is the mouse cord is extremely short, not really usable as is so he'll need to buy another.
