I bought the pc and it worked fine and still works but can only run 60hz the top hdmi port does not work same with the two USB ports The bottom hdmi port works but will only run 60hz is there a way to fix this I bought my pc around Christmas and just got a 144hz Monitor and new hdmi cable and still does not work what is wrong with the top hdmi port?

Have had it s fee months now runs great rarely has problem that a pc noob like me can't figure out. All the cords are neatly established and easy to find. Have only had a couple of issues like space( you can pay for more when buying the pc ) but for some reason my lights don't like to stay whatever color I switch them too and randomly will switch back to white so I just gave up on those.

Overall, I think this was a good purchase (although I'm not the end user. It was purchased for my son). Apex did a great job communicating about the product and the process. It took way longer than we anticipated though. Purchased in June, received in I believe September. The other negative is the mouse cord is extremely short, not really usable as is so he'll need to buy another.

This was my first time getting a pc and let me tell you it’s 1000 times better than my old ps4! I thought it would be smaller but even if my pc’s a little on the chunky side, it does a great job handling everything I use it for!

However I am experiencing some issues machine wont restart I can shutdown and bootup but not restart. Also some other quirky things going on. I love the computer! It stays cool when playing games! I just wish it had the option to have a more robust graphics card. I play cities skylines 1 & 2 and having a better graphics card would mean I could play on med-high settings. Right now I am stuck in low settings for my large cities.

I really like this brand and product so far. I was a little upset when I ordered express production and delivery when ultimately it was never going to happen but the team quickly refunded that portion of the purchase. I will say more clear dimensions of casings and parts would be helpful for storage for those will smaller spaces but overall I really like how this company operates.

I absolutely love the quality and looks of the computer. It started up with no problems due to the amazing build quality and packaging. One issue is I payed for 2 week build and delivery but it ended up taking a month. While the computer is well worth its value, I expect more when I pay an extra 200 dollars for faster processing.
