It works great for almost every game or program I put it through, nothing next Gen yet, but we'll see soon enough. It's performance on VR did disappoint a little, but it being VR ready is definitely NOT an overstatement, just make sure to have the graphics setting at moderate levels, especially for graphical masterclasses like Blade and sorcery.

Overall, with the exception of some initial crashes, this machine has performed great. I am quite pleased with the overlook look and care given to prepping this computer for my use. The initial delays in getting it shipped, and the lack of any updates to the build status other than constantly having to "check the portal" for any idea of when I would see my computer was very disappointing. It started out very rough as the company stayed logged in so my son couldn't set up the computer. We called the customer service # and the guy was very very helpful. We were also missing a flash drive that was needed but the gentleman worked around it. It took an hour to fix the problem but the guy got it done and it's been great so far. Other then the initial headache it's a good computer.

After a somewhat significant delay my PC finally arrived. Issues with the order were promptly dealt with by the customer services staff once they were notified. I am extremely pleased with the performance of the pc thus far and after 3 months of use I haven't encountered any issues.

I gave only four stars because I still wait for a part (front glass panel) that brock during shipping. It is not an important part und does not influence the working of the computer. I hope that the part arrives soon. Otherwise, my grandson, is very pleased and loves the computer. I have to give 5 stars to customer service; they were very easy to talk too, professional, and overt right away to send a new part. I just still wait for it. It might be stuck within the shipping process.

Every thing was great only thing that I disliked was that it took awhile to receive the pc because the flu was not there I would have liked it if you had emailed me if the part was not there and that it would have taken longer than expected . As a system integrater, These guys did their job well. All the parts were well matched and had no problems on first startup. All the recent drivers were downloaded and bloatware was to a minimum. However as far as the build itself goes, left much to be desired. It took 5 months to get the PC and screws from the PC Case were missing, brackets bent and cable management was subpar.

I've had this new PC for about 2-3 months I think. When I received it joy rushed me. It took longer for the PC to get to me then I had hope but the product is just what I thought it'll be. The first few uses of the PC it did freeze on me making me rest the PC but not long it just went away. I like the PC, it works great and looks good too. In the customer service department, it would be great if customers could receive a notification that delivery would be delayed and explain the reason behind the delay. Other than that it was a good purchase.
