First, I'll say that the Apex team is highly professional. I appreciated a scheduled chat with a representative to make sure the configuration I ordered was optimal for my uses. It started out very rough as the company stayed logged in so my son couldn't set up the computer. We called the customer service # and the guy was very very helpful. We were also missing a flash drive that was needed but the gentleman worked around it. It took an hour to fix the problem but the guy got it done and it's been great so far. Other then the initial headache it's a good computer.

After a somewhat significant delay my PC finally arrived. Issues with the order were promptly dealt with by the customer services staff once they were notified. I am extremely pleased with the performance of the pc thus far and after 3 months of use I haven't encountered any issues.

I gave only four stars because I still wait for a part (front glass panel) that brock during shipping. It is not an important part und does not influence the working of the computer. I hope that the part arrives soon. Otherwise, my grandson, is very pleased and loves the computer. I have to give 5 stars to customer service; they were very easy to talk too, professional, and overt right away to send a new part. I just still wait for it. It might be stuck within the shipping process.

I've had this new PC for about 2-3 months I think. When I received it joy rushed me. It took longer for the PC to get to me then I had hope but the product is just what I thought it'll be. The first few uses of the PC it did freeze on me making me rest the PC but not long it just went away. I like the PC, it works great and looks good too. In the customer service department, it would be great if customers could receive a notification that delivery would be delayed and explain the reason behind the delay. Other than that it was a good purchase.

I received the PC entirely assembled and it worked wonderfully. I've yet to have any issues with the performance of the PC, with my only quarrel being that it refused to connect to my keyboard using the designated keyboard port, forcing me to switch to a USB keyboard. That being said I will definitely recommend Apex Gaming PCs to any of my friends that find themselves in the market for a new computer

As a system integrater, These guys did their job well. All the parts were well matched and had no problems on first startup. All the recent drivers were downloaded and bloatware was to a minimum. However as far as the build itself goes, left much to be desired. It took 5 months to get the PC and screws from the PC Case were missing, brackets bent and cable management was subpar.

Amazing PC. Runs very smoothly. My only complaint is that the controls for the rgb fan lights is wired in the back of the PC, so I have to keep moving it around and pulling the back cover off to change them. Other than that. I would definitely recommend this PC to others. Job well done.

Purchasing the computer was super easy because of help from your team. However, I ran into a CPU fan issue with my computer. Sometimes the fan would work, sometimes it wouldn't which would cause the computer to prompt me with all kinds of BIOS settings, latency, and cooling issues.
