It's really a nice quality, the drills are rarely defectuous, the glue sticks well, it's way easier to readjust the drills once they're on the glue. The package came perfectly fine, no damages, the quality of the picture is really nice (your software works very well !) and the fact there are plenty of colours makes the shades and lighting way more smooth. I would recommend it for sure, even though the price is a bit expensive, but I guess that's what you get if you want a really large one ahah P...

I just got started on the picture I just got from you (Hanz the black & gray shepherd) because I had to finish the one of the Pomeranian (Bobby.) I took a few breaks doing this one but it turned out wonderful. Waiting now for a frame to be built so I can take it to a framer. All the pictures I have gotten from you have been fantastic. But this time, the drills were in small zip lock bags and it was difficult to get all of the drills out due to static. When I first ordered from them I wasn't sure about it but they ended up reaching out to me personally letting me know that my picture wouldn't look all that good if I got the size I chose and recommend a bigger size. It took a little while for the shipping to show me where it was but as soon as it got checked into the first center I could see it the whole time and it ended up coming a little bit early. I ordered a custom print and the customer service was awesome. They reached out to me to recommend a better size for resolution before they printed and included a spare pen to work with in the kit, a dish for the rhinestones, extra plastic baggies to save colored stones in, extra wax for working etc. I have ordered from another company before and they didnt include any of that. Definitely will order from here again.
