But this time, the drills were in small zip lock bags and it was difficult to get all of the drills out due to static. I ordered a custom print and the customer service was awesome. They reached out to me to recommend a better size for resolution before they printed and included a spare pen to work with in the kit, a dish for the rhinestones, extra plastic baggies to save colored stones in, extra wax for working etc. I have ordered from another company before and they didnt include any of that. Definitely will order from here again.

I ordered this Diamond painting custom photo for my son's girlfriend. It was quite challenging and I really enjoyed doing it. She was very pleased with it, even though I thought it should have been a bit bigger . Because I thought you lost some definition in the writing but she wanted that size, so that's why I got that size. I will definitely get more from beautiful diamonds in the future! Thank you.

I love the photo made into art idea and it worked well. My only complaint is the endless emails to write reviews before they've even sent the item and constant reminders to but more. I think that stuff comes with every purchase these days but most companies at least wait until you've used the product or at least received it first.

I really like the bigger prints (400mm x 400mm), along with the smaller diamond size. Together they offer a higher resolution image that DOES NOT look like a child's Light-Bright picture. Also, over 30 different colors in the same image is the most I've ever done so far. Compared to other diamond art kits I've done in the past, this one seems like a major upgrade.
