This was the first diamond painting I have completed and definitely the first custom of any type of art project I’ve ever ordered and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service I was provided. I had a few drills with cavities but I had way more than enough extras that it wasn’t a problem once I found the defective drills and threw them away. 😊 I will definitely order from Heartful Diamonds again in the future!

I would have shared my painting but my son didn't want his wedding pic to be private. My photo I picked for you to make a diamond picture with was a good one. Even thu it was a 30x40cm one the faces were quite clear especially from afar but some of the numbers symbols etc were hard to read and not very clear so I did have to guess a few times. Apart from that the picture was beautiful and I would do it again. Thank you.

I initially ordered a 30x40 custom. On your advice, because it was of people, you suggested I order a bigger size. I then ordered a 50x60 at extra cost. I received a delivery of a 40x50. I contacted you and said I was happy with the size I received. I was then delivered a 50x60. I had already started the 40x50 and still happy with the 40x50. Quite a number of emails exchanged hands. To sum up I am very happy with the product.

One thing I like about Heartful Diamonds is that the picture is the size they say it is. I have had several from other companies where they canvas was the stated size, with anything up to a 10 cm border. Totally frustrating! On the slightly negative side, on the one I am doing right now, the S, B and 3 are all white letters on a pale blue background, making them quite difficult to tell apart.

The colour was a little different but she made it work, we took a guess with the matching of the colour so it’s our fault that it wasn’t quite the same.
