I initially ordered a 30x40 custom. On your advice, because it was of people, you suggested I order a bigger size. I then ordered a 50x60 at extra cost. I received a delivery of a 40x50. I contacted you and said I was happy with the size I received. I was then delivered a 50x60. I had already started the 40x50 and still happy with the 40x50. Quite a number of emails exchanged hands. To sum up I am very happy with the product.

It is so pretty! I am finishing a large canvas now and I will set this in the rotation before the next big project. Its beautiful, the drills are perfect and I am so looking forward to busting them out and using the purse the rest of the winter! (ps. this item will not be suitable for girls who like large purses, I carry as little as I can get away and while this is a perfect fit for me your mileage may vary.)

The first personal photo I sent and had sent back was beautiful. The detail was excellent just like the photo. I originally wanted a smaller size but was advised doing a larger one. Glad I did. It’s turning out lovely. Would certainly use again and am in the process of doing so.

One thing I like about Heartful Diamonds is that the picture is the size they say it is. I have had several from other companies where they canvas was the stated size, with anything up to a 10 cm border. Totally frustrating! On the slightly negative side, on the one I am doing right now, the S, B and 3 are all white letters on a pale blue background, making them quite difficult to tell apart.
