I purchased two gates and one was not wide enough. Measuring the base of the floor vs up the wall are two different measurements . Also, I removed the zip tie when unwrapping. It was noted as the final step and should be marked on the zip tie “do not cut until installed” or something. Maybe even a different color than white. That seemed to be key to install.

The gate is sturdy and well made but the directions for putting it together were horrible! Also I was left with a side piece that just didn’t fit so I used the “encryption rod” - which should be named the “extension rod” to make the gate fit properly. The last thing I have to add is that you really can’t take it down very easily once installed. You have to re-secure the door with a zip tie like it was when you received the gate. This gate is very nice and sturdy. The directions were easy to follow but not thorough when it came to the final adjustment. However customer support came through and that’s very important to me. If I have a need I’ll definitely order from this company again!

Although gate is made for cats, I purchased to keep my Cane Corso locked while we were out or over night. He outgrew his cage and we needed something to keep him in. This is a 56" opening so it's kinda slimsy. He did pulled on it and knocked it over several times but with training he no longer pulls or knocks over. I gave it 4 stars only because it is slimsy (for a Corso)

Perfect gate to keep our rabbit in its area. Narrow slats are just right. We had ordered one gate in black and liked it so much that we ordered another one. Had mistakenly ordered the second gate in white but quickly emailed customer service and they caught my error and sent us the correct color instead. Great product and great customer service!
