Great customer service, easy to set up. A little flimsy, very thin metal. Showed up bent and with a lot of rust. A little cleaning and spray paint helped hide it. Over all it’s a nice gate, easy enough to open that my 5yo could do it right away.

It was reasonably easy to install (some instructional language did not make sense but pictures helped) and it is definitely keeping my cats out. I would have given it five stars but it arrived damaged. It is not affecting the functionality and we had it all out of the box when we noticed it, so did not return it.

It looks great, and was very easy to put together and install, and seems very sturdy. The automatic closing door is handy and it stays open if opened past 90°. The mechanism to open can be done with one hand, but placement of the buttons could be a little more convenient. This was one of the few tension mount gates I could find that was wide enough, and it has been great, would recommend.

This gate works great for preventing our senior dog from going up the stairs. I’m giving it 4 stars because we had to remove it to bring furniture up the stairs and it took off a layer of paint from the wall. We need to buy one more for the top so we will be purchasing the wall cups for that one.

These are extremely well made and designed baby gates that we are using to contain a new puppy. Easy to install custom ordered gates for two different size of openings. They come with a stumble ramp and the gate opening to lessen the chance for a fall and will stay open if you open them fully to a right angle of the rest of stationary part of the gate. Are also spring loaded so if you open them partially they will close automatically.

I placed it at the bottom of my staircase, and my little Dachshund is surprisingly respectful of obstacles; he doesn't even attempt to push it. So, the gate is absolutely sufficient for my needs. Additionally, because the gate is low, I find it convenient to simply step over when needed.

I bought this gate to keep my son's Kitten out of my mom's room on the days I have her stay with me. It actually worked to also keep her from wondering off while I am still asleep. She suffers from dementia. So this gate has doubled up in keeping kitten out and mom in. It's a very sturdy gate. Easy to station where I needed it. Love the height. The gate is perfect! It's such a good option for wider openings where those standard/smaller or large playpen style gates just don't fit. Really happy we went with a custom size. I like that the gate door doesn't automatically swing shut, so we are able to leave it open at night for our dogs to come & go while the baby is asleep (without having to break down the entire gate).
