The baking steel has upped my bread game significantly as well as reduced my cleaning on baking day, no need for bread pans anymore for several types of bread. You cannot match the color and texture I’m getting on my breads now with any other tool! The baking steel is a must have and fits perfectly in the Anova Steam Oven!

Cooking ground ribeye for really great burgers. Used the Bullseye from RecTeq as the grill and the Baking Steel was perfect, keeping all 4 cooked exactly the same. I purchased for a pizza oven but I can’t wait to try pizza in the grill. Bacon is also a treat cooked on the Baking Steel

I have an Ooni pizza oven. I love making pizza but I have to admit that I’ve had better success in my electric convection oven than with my Ooni. Now that I have “the baking steel”this is a game changer! Love it!! Highly recommend. Perfect pizza every time.

Ordered the large Baking Steel plate and the results are utterly fantastic! Kept the steel at 450 degrees and for the last few minutes put on the broiler and the results were spectacular. The chew on the crust was equal to Frank Pepe's Apizza Neoplitano in New Haven, Connecticut! 5 Stars. The Baking Steel plate is a true Game Changer for home Pizza makers like myself. It's a big heavy block of steel...and it rocks! I'm 4 pizzas in and this last set of 3 I was able to cook pizzas in about 6 min each and got some nice leoparding and delicious pizzas. I learned about this from a friend and also read Elements of Pizza, I'd recommend that read as a companion to the steel. Happy customer here.

Hands down the best carbon steel. Easy to season, great and fun to cook with it. It can be used on any surface, gas, grill, and flatop. Given it's 3mm thickness, I don't see any induction burner warping it. I'm just a happy cook.

All I can say is, I wish I would have bought one sooner. I used a pizza stone for a couple of years and got pretty good at making tasty pizzas. The Baking steel just upped my pizza making game. Really makes a nice crispy bottom crust.

I have had my baking steel plus for about 2 weeks. I have made 8 pizzas and after about the 2nd or 3rd try I couldn’t believe how good the pizza was. The crust was as good or better than anything I can buy locally. I am an ok baker but this really elevates my pizza to a point where I don’t ever need to order pizza again. Now I just need to improve my own skills, timing and process and I should be able to make a really great pizza at home.

I had a baking stone for many years and thought it was great, but then I found this Baking Steel and what a difference. I bought the flaxseed oil that you recommed and seasoned the stone per your instructions (wife said it smelled but I didn't think it was that bad). This week was the first time making our own dough and today was the first time using the baking steel. I am shocked at how well the pizza turned out. Yes, you do have to plan ahead to let the dough do it's thing, but it was an enjoyable process from start to finish. I just can't believe the bubbles we got in our dough. I can definitely see making a bunch of dough balls and having a pizza making party.

I have been making pizza dough, sauce, and sausage from scratch for 55 years. The Baking Steel gives me the best crust I’ve ever had. Absolutely love this griddle, works great on my double burner induction top. I’ve cooked everything from shrimp skewers to cheese steaks to pancakes and more on it......and everything comes out great. The only time I take it off the top is to flip it and use it in the oven for making pizzas.......ridiculously good crust!!

We ordered two of the baking steel plates to enhance our regular Friday evening pizza experience with our 7 kids here at the Aloha House of Hope in Virginia. These baking steel plates work great.
