Bought the pizza steel, bought a pizza peel, and found an amazing pizza dough recipe that makes a great New York style pizza. Followed the recipe to a T, made the homemade sauce, preheated my pizza steel to 550 degrees for about an hour, put my pizza together and…..WHAM!!!...
